Extremely undertrained staff. The cashier lady at the front had to ask her associate how to wring up literally every single... thing I ordered. When I tried to pay with a gift card she became confused again and didn?t know how to do that either. Ended upjust paying with my card to keep the like going. Slow service and no help. What a disappointment. The tuna sandwich had very little tuna on it and the lettuce was brown and wilted. The bread that came... with the soup was so tough I couldn't even bite it No pickle and no chips. The Panera in 120th and Grant is ten times better. Disappointed in the food for this Panera location. I usually get food at the Thornton location on 120th and Grant. Today at... Boulder the food was not even close to other Panera locations. The lettuce was brown and wilted, the tuna was almost nonexistent. No pickle, no chips and although the bread you get with the soup is crusty.. The bread I recieved today was likeleather. I will definitely not return to this Boulder location and I would not recommend it to others. Read more
7/17/22- About average for a Panera. Over priced food for the amount they give you. The new limonades are good though. The... strawberry one was week, but the mango was really good. They also had a sign up that they accept service dogs, but not emotionalsupport animals. I don't have either, but this shows that they do not understand disabilities or mental health. This makes thisplace not ADA friendly and shows that they discrimate against people with special needs. Please do not go to this location untilthey stop discriminating against people with special needs. I only saw the sign as I left or I would not have spent money there. Read more

Fast service if you come at a not so busy time and the food is always great. Great food options, enough space, and great drinks... from coffee and tea to smoothies. Friendly customer service. The staff is hard working and doing their job! Read more
The food was really good, but they were out of Mac and cheese and pasta when we went. Their cookies are amazing but overpriced.
