This Starbucks sucks! Never make drinks right! There?s an older lady who will lie to you about what they have available. Also... she told my friend that she couldn?t use her Starbucks gift card when I was right after her and she used mine. The younger girldoesn?t make the drink right. Visited around 10:30 am on 12-31-20 the scanner wasn't working on my gift card so I asked them if they could do it manually,... they said yes it was possible. So I asked if they would try and they said it was "beyond them" and it probably still wouldn'twork so no. Definition of LAZY! Thanks Starbucks, no coffee for me this morning. Read more

WOW!!! Have never had such a horrible experience at a starbucks. Makes me not want to ever shop with them. ALL the ladies... working here the morning of 12/4/18 are horrible and should not work for any job that is customer service related. The old ladywho took my order was rude and acting like she was doing me a favor.. PLEASE!!!! Lear what respect means! And then the one withblack her who gave me my order looked read the order and looked at it weird... uh okay judging much? And then a third ladyrudely said Excuse me!!! Cuz I was blocking her way, just to remind you my order came up and I?m the one carrying a baby.PLEASE!!! Don?t ever go here, plenty of other coffee shops or Starbucks if you really want a Starbucks!
