Ryan was awesome. Im 8 years sober so bartenders usually aren't too accommodating, but Ryan was on point. The food was really... good too. I got the taco that had shrimp w/ some sort of pineapple habanero sauce or glaze, and my mind keeps wandering back toit cause it was phenomenal. Last call was super early and denying reentry at 1:35. What the hell has happened to my hometown? Looked legit though inside and... definitely upgraded since the good old days of the number 1 party school era when it was just a legit little Mexican restauranton the hill. Read more
Tacos were great, 5 stars, but the staff were a little distracted and not very welcoming. Lots of college kids working.
Such a fun area of town I just wish this was so much better. Bathroom was all sorts of health code violations and an employee... there was totally aware of the conditions and even agreed that the bathrooms were beyond gross and just said “we usually go toanother building next door to use the bathroom bc it’s so gross here” after that it was time to go. Food was decent, but a bit overpriced. The special board said $1 off ALL street tacos on Tuesday, but found out that was not the... case after getting the bill. After asking the server about it, his response was: "We're only doing that with the ground beef andshredded chicken tacos." Read more
