For the actual building, magnificent mastery of architecture! I love that all the panels were sculpted in Tajikistan. It was a... unique and wonderful experience. There are so many teas, I love the the cute little tea pots. I got the hummus plate and Thaishrimp cakes for an appetizer and the Indian vegetable korma with tofu for my main course. All Divine! Ordered herbal tea- romantic garden, oolong tea and Thai shrimp pancakes. Everything was amazing! The experience was great. This... tea house is very close to university of Colorado boulder. The area is just beautiful. If you order a day in advance, you canbook their high-tea platter with tea. It looked amazing. Hopefully next time we will remember to book a table in advance. Adefinite must visit in Boulder/Denver. Read more

We loved the unique dining atmosphere created with every intricate detail from the carved statues to the colorful art pieces.... The large list of aromatic teas were inviting, I enjoyed the blue mango tea. ???????????? We split a couple appetizers andentrees. The highlights were the fried cauliflower with a coating of delicious spices and the lamb skewers with a bed of fluffyrice with dried fruits. The service could have been better though, we waited to order another tea but ended up skipping since wewere done with the meal before our waiter checked back on us. Read more

Coming here was definitely worth the drive to Boulder. The decor, food, tea, ambience, people…bustling town and Pearl Street... food and shops nearby are all amazing. This place is full of beauty and details and indoor and outdoor seating. The food has alot of rich flavor and such a diverse variety of great foods from Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Peru, Tajik, Kashmir, Thai, and of course they have Persian food. The wait staff are nice and accommodating. Waitress Zoe was extra nice and helpful. AndDaniel who wasn’t assigned to me was also kind as a team player to ask if I needed a take out container looking at my table. And they do community outreach and exchange to educate on diversity. It’s progressive and open minded to do that. Lastly theyhave a no hands door opener for the bathroom! It’s hard to find these and love it. See pic. A must see and fine dining eateryin CO. Read more

The food was pretty good, but I wasn’t very impressed. I didn’t expect the spicy peanut noodles to be vermicelli - and I... would have preferred thicker noodles. The Malaysian curry was the best dish. The hibiscus cooler was quite good, veryrefreshing. The samosas were not very flavorful and the char siu bao were way too sweet. The hummus plate was okay—the hummusitself was quite nutty which I enjoyed. The golden milk was VERY turmeric-y so if you don’t love turmeric then I definitelywouldn’t recommend it. The service was good and very fast and I liked the ambience and high ceiling and story behind thelocation. Read more

This place is so beautiful. It also has great tea, drinks, food, and cocktails without breaking the bank. The aesthetics make... this place incredible but even without the mosaics and colorful decor and airy main room this place would still be a greatrestaurant and tea house. The service is also excellent - our waitress did a great job dealing with separate tickets and a needfor a quick turnaround without fuss. She was so kind and quick! Definitely a highly recommended spot for anyone in the Boulderarea. Read more

Our second annual outing to the Dushanbe was absolutely perfect. This is by far one of my favorite holiday traditions. We have... afternoon tea for four and we have the best time. They fully accommodated my dairy free needs and each bite was delicious. I'mso grateful for how much attention to detail they put in to every single thing they do. So much excellence. O and we sat at thespecial table this time and that really elevated our entire experience. Read more

Just loved this spot. Went to Boulder for the day, up from Denver, and truly appreciated a place dedicated to tea. Our waitress... was well versed in tea knowledge and made it so easy to decide. Well, it was still hard because I wanted to try so many and I'monly visiting the area for the holidays. I will be back my next visit for sure! Great brunch menu as well and gluten freeoptions.
