Dropped in for dinner and had a great time with my girlfriend. Staff was super friendly and provided some of the best service... I've ever had at any restaurant. They were on top of everything. Great cocktails - particularly recommend the bees knees. Foodwas excellent - the pan seared scallops were a real star. Read more

My husband and I got married in the presence of our immediate families at Rocky Mountain National Park this past weekend and... hosted our post-wedding dinner at The Greenbriar Inn in the Little Room! First, when making reservations for this event, bothTaylor and Emma made the process an incredibly easy one and worked with me through phone and email correspondence to create ourmenu and explain different details. They also helped with wine pairings and gave us different recommendations for appetizers, entrees, and dessert. On the ceremony day, they were very attentive, the service was prompt, and our food was delicious! Weplan on hosting a large reception sometime within the next year to celebrate with our friends and family and, we had such anamazing time at The Greenbriar Inn, we just plan on coming right back here! Thank you again for everything! Read more

We could absolutely never have asked for a better wedding venue. Literally everything from start to finish was perfect. We... originally booked the Cabin Lawn, which is a beautiful expanse of the greenest grass you've ever seen amongst the trees, butended up having our ceremony in front of the water feature on the property after falling in love with that. Emma and Philoffered to set up appetizers afterward in an outdoor courtyard area for our guests to gather while my husband and I finished upphotographs. Then, we made our way into the private dining room where we were treated to an amazing selection of food. Most ofour guests ordered the Colorado filet--and everyone who did said it was THE BEST steak they'd ever had. We only had 14 peopletotal, so opted for everyone ordering whatever they wanted off the dessert menu--you cannot go wrong with any of the selectionsfrom there. We went without any decor for the outdoor wedding because the venue itself is so stunning. The scenery is all youwould ever need. The Little Room was the perfect size for our dinner, and we loved the original features of this building fromthe 1800s still preserved in there. In short, it was the perfect day due in large part to the beautiful and wonderful venue wefound in the Greenbriar Inn. We also had the opportunity the day before the wedding to visit with Emma and Phil--they are someof the nicest people you would meet. We worked with Taylor in the months before our big day and she was great and very detailoriented. Lastly, Mike and the rest of the staff working with us that night were awesome. There are truly not enough stars forthis venue! Read more

The GreenBriar has always been our special occasion restaurant. It is an historic treasure of Boulder County and provides fine... dining in a beautiful setting. My entire table enjoyed the oysters on the half shell very much. I had the veggie omelet todayand I was extremely happy with my meal. They accommodated our wishes to have a table in a smaller separate room due to one of mydining companions being a hard of hearing. The owner, Phil and his son Ryan have put their hearts and souls into this placesince they purchased it in the 90s. Original wood ceilings, the fireplaces, a few different smaller rooms for parties orspecial requests, an extensive and wonderful wine list and amazing food. Always make reservations. Make reservations weeks oreven months ahead of time for Valentine's Day or Mother's Day or any other such occasion. The owner, the staff, and the chefsall take great pride in their work and the happiness of their customers. Myself and my dining companions had special requestsand menu alterations that were met with complete accommodation and friendliness. They have a gorgeous patio for when theweather is lovely. Thank you Ryan for your excellent service today as I know my table was high maintenance! You handledeverything with such professionalism, warmth and humor. Read more

Let me say that when you just pull up does not look impressive. However the setup inside and the atmosphere is really great. The... food is delicious and they have a great wine cellar with any wine you can think of!(I could not believe it if I didn't saw itwith my own eyes!) Of course the prices are high and everything is extra but your in a high end restaurant that has its owngarden of vegetables, etc. Me and my wife thoroughly enjoy our anniversary dinner! She got the Grilled Colorado Filet of Beefmarinated and cooked perfectly and I got the Beef Wellington which it was also very good. ENJOY! Read more

Nice spot away from the Boulder bustle. Very attentive service. Was there with family for brunch outside. Our food took very... long and some items were disappointing: the toasted bagel was cold and borderline stale, small lox portion, the montecristo alsocold and dry Read more
