Fantastic dive spot. And a 100 years old!! Just amazing burgers and pizza. Ask for a sharpie and sign their ceiling! Ate... there the following night and tried new menu items. Sad we don't live here to try more but the following day was just as good.Highly recommend this great resturant!! Update #3. The Sink is now apart of Cadillac Ranch in the panhandle of Texas. Read lots about this place. Finally made my first journey on 6-19-2022. Father’s Day. No free meal though. My wife and I split... their BBQ Bacon Burger plus fries. More than enough to eat for each of us. The fries had a coating of something , not sure whatis was, but they were delicious. That half burger for me was just great. My beer could have been a little colder, but stilltasted fine. Lots of good reviews, and they are not wrong. Read more
We came to lunch here because one of our friends in the group said it’s a must for her every time she’s in Boulder. My... friends liked their meals, so I am giving this review based on their food experience. But I’ll pass next time I’m intown. We were not sat until our whole group was there. We were told they wouldn’t serve us outside at that time - they sat usin the back of the restaurant. The vibe is dive bar. Limited food choices with having food limitations. I ended up havingchicken wings, they were meh and expensive for 6 wings. All my friends liked their burgers and fries, so based on what they allsaid, I would order those. Read more
They say they have the best burger in boulder and I’d have to respectfully disagree. But it is a dang good burger. I will also... say they have a nice selection of overpriced draft beer. Stopped in for dinner and it was a very cool atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and happy. The service was prompt and... efficient. I had the Bourbon Jalapeño burger. I didn't think it had too much heat, but there was a nice flavor from thepepper. As it is October, there were some cool Halloween decorations. I would recommend stopping in for a burger. Read more
