We loved our stay here and were very impressed with the customer service. We booked our stay through Chase Travel.... Unfortunately, Chase failed to book our stay on their end which led to us not having a room for the night! After some finaglingwith Chase, we got our room, luckily. We came to the hotel early to confirm that we were set and Sam at the front desk upgradedour room so we had a view of the flat irons and checked us in early!! We really appreciated the upgrade especially consideringthe issue we ran into wasn?t even their fault. The room was good for a quick stay and you can?t beat the location! Read more

This hotel is a good value for the price. It is somewhat dated and not in pristine condition, however, all the basics are... provided and my spacious room, bedding and towels were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again,it is difficult to find accommodations in Boulder that are centrally located for a reasonable price and Millennium Harvest Housewas a good option. Read more

When checking into our room, I was informed by the front desk that or King bed room was overbooked and that she had to downgrade... us to a queen. Wasn't a huge deal except that we weren't compensated in anyway whatsoever for a room that was a good 50$cheaper. We we're also really looking forward to going to the hot tub and pool. Apparently they removed the hot tub despitewhere we booked saying they still had it. And the pool water smelled a bit mossy as though there wasn't enough chlorine in thewater? The mattress and pillows had to be some of the most uncomfortable I have ever had at a hotel, (airplane pillows are morecomfortable). The bathtub had a drain issue and as a result when taking a shower for about 5 minutes would fill the tub. We hada total of 2 working outlets and only on one side of the bed. Also something management might want to note is that our door(room 233) wouldn't shut all the way unless you pulled with force to close the door. Overall very disappointed in this hotel asthe images and the website make it seem a lot nicer than it is. Read more

From the outside this place looked suspect. Walking down the hallways resulted in a bleak depressing 'return to college dorm'... feel. Outside our room door was a massive pile of old linens, towels and garbage. Couldn't call the front desk because there wasno phone in room. Open bars of soap in bathroom. Returning to front desk produced a response of "we don't do daily cleaning".Later an old phone was presented at the room door with no wall connection cable. While looking for any other decent place tostay that night, the power went out twice for about a minute each as we sat in total darkness. We left 30 minutes after checkin, never to return. By far the most miserable accommodation ever. Read more

Everything written in the most recent reviews are correct-boarded up windows, restaurant closed, outdoor pool closed, dirty,... run-down, and inattentive front desk. The sad thing is you could tell that the motel was once great. Great location, greatviews, great outdoor gardens, great rooms, but that is now gone. Is it worth $200 per night? Of course not! Book one of thenewer hotels to the north and walk the additional 2 blocks to the university. I do hope for a complete remodel, but it may betoo late. I would like to have seen this place in its prime. In spite of the disappointing stay, I do hope that the old girlgets its face-lift. To finish with a positive, the room itself, was cleaner than the WY chain hotel we stayed in last night, andwe did have hot water. Read more

Positive: Location and it's a really neat place. Love staying here and the rooms are huge and love the outdoor space. The front... desk is usually spot on except for a few that could use some brushing up customer service skills. Negative: The rates when thereis an issue, not willing to give good discounts for room issues when we stay here quite a bit. Read more

Positive to say about this hotel is that the room was very clean and looked like the pictures. This hotel has so much potential... and may be very dated but it was fine for 2 nights. The hallways may need some cosmetic updating but with the room being cleanand everything working, it was the best price in the area! Read more

The Millenium is well-situated for visiting the University and there are plenty of places for breakfast within easy walking... distance. The setting along Boulder Creek is quite nice. The room I had was spacious, the beds were fine and clean. However, this hotel seems well beyond its prime. The entrance backs up to the back of Safeway and its trash bins. The doors of the entryway to the west wing, where my room was, are covered with plywood and rather sketchy, as is the elevator. An upper window wasalso boarded up. The front desk made no mention of these things when I checked in so I assume this is the way the hoteloperates. The interior is a little dingy. The hot water in the tub in my bathroom would not stop running and as a consequence itsteamed up the entire room. The only solution was to crank up the A/C all the way to dehumidify the air. Definitely not worththe price. Read more
