Stopped in here after a drive through Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument and Singing Canyon. Wonderful little local... spot with indoor and outdoor dining. Smelled amazing when we walked in so we decided to order. Super friendly service, niceoptions, and decent pricing. Got the BTG Burgers, which feature fresh pickles, seasoned tomatoes, onions, and a garlic aoli ona toasted, pillowy brioche bun. Tastes like someone in the kitchen went to culinary school or just has a natural talent forflavors. The fries were seasoned and cooked to perfection. Indulged in the hand pies. Got the apple cardamom and cherry so wecould try both. Baked with cinnamon sugar on top and served with fresh whipped cream, the pies were warm, flaky, and flavorful.Highly recommended - we will be back! Read more

If I could, I would give 6 stars to this place. What a pleasant surprise! We stopped here by chance on our way to Capitol Reef.... We took 4 different sandwiches and an apple pie. Everything was amazing. Very original sandwiches, perfect mix of flavors andtextures. The service was also excellent. This will for sure remain one of the highlights of our 3 week trip in the US. Burr Trail Grill is a wonderful find in Boulder - you won?t be disappointed. I enjoyed a Reuben sandwich with wedge fries and... the beet salad with goat cheese. The goat cheese is whipped with honey and is as smooth as silk. The beets are pickledperfection. The wedge fries are sprinkled with a unique blend of seasonings and need no condiments; don?t ruin them - eat themas served. The Reuben sandwich was equally delicious. Everyone in my party of 10 enjoyed their meals as much as I did. Thechef is doing it right at the Burr Trail Grill. Read more

Quaint middle-of-nowhere place for lunch before heading down the Burr Trail. French dip sandwich was excellent. Flavorful and... tender. Fries were different (breaded), but really good. Nice beer selection, especially given the remote location. Pleasantoutdoor seating area. Friendly service. Glad we stopped here instead of the pretentious joint up the road. Read more

Sooooooooo delicious. I don?t know what it is about this southern central Utah, but we have had some amazing burgers. We had the... chipotle and jalapeño special, and we were both kind of speechless. Granted we were starving after hiking but this place was areal surprise. Beautiful outdoor patio. Friendly service and most importantly delicious food. Fun local beer selection as well.Definitely make this a stop on your Torrey Utah/ capitol reef trip Read more

After a long drive from Bonneville flat salt heading to bryce canyon, I encountered this restaurant as I was looking for a place... that offers coffee. Unfortunately, burr trail grill did not have any coffee or hot water as well, but my friend and I decided tohave lunch after we checked their menu and we saw they have some good dishes. We have ordered a local lamb burger with Festacheese and potato wedges, arugula salad and fried green tomatoes with caramelized onions on top which was so tasty. Overall, itwas a good meal in the middle of the mountains ?and the food was delicious and the quality so fresh and clean, I hoped theyoffered coffee and tea especially they have a lot of fresh bakeries such as pies.
