The food was really good, but felt a little over priced for what amounted to a food truck. The portions were big which was nice,... and it is a tourist trap place to eat, but it wasn't $40 good. Adorable food truck/bus, with a lovely iced cold brew, snacks, Sandos and more. Sandwiches looked great, but we didn?t order... any. Great spot at the Anasazi State Park to stretch, lay out a blanket, let the kids stretch their feet, and rest under a shadytree. Read more
Peccadillo tacos were terrific, as were kale salad fries. Good selection of drinks. Been traveling for over 5000 miles so far,... and this was among my best meals yet. fyi-this is a food bus-truck with no indoor seating but lots of picnic table outdoorseating under beautiful cottonwoods, a small playground for children and room for dogs. There aren't many options for eating out in Boulder and we were so happy to discover this little gem outside the museum. The... menu and ingredient combos are really unique and everything tasted so fresh. I had the Red Dirt Girl Sandwich (so good!) andtried my friend's Highway Man Burrito. Both were great and the goat cheese on the sandwich was particularly delish. They have afew tables to sit down and enjoy your meal. It was the perfect stop on our way to hit the slot canyons and trails nearby. Read more
