Super irritated right now I don't know why I continue to give McDonald's my business. I ordered a kid's mail and 2 large number... five's paid $34 for everything just to not get my happy meal get an attitude about it order 2 large drinks we're handed to 2medium drinks and one no ice it had absolutely no ice in it. When I spoke to the manager and had to show him the receipt foreverything I just paid for and wasn't getting his excuse his excuse was the person who took my order at the window is new andshe doesn't know any better. While my advice to you is probably get her some more training and not blame your Bad service on newemployees. Read more
Night manager needs to get the cars that have a big order moved to the side so the person with just a small order may grab and... go poor workmanship at this place good food but poor service. Read more
Plz fix the coffee machine was coming around 10 pm before work for an espresso drink and machine was always broke. Stopped... coming for awhile after that and came back today to be told that it was * locked* ???????? the service is nice but no clue whythis is an issue if it's being cleaned is it possible to clean the McCafe machine during the late hours ?? Honestly some of the worst service I?ve ever received, I don?t care if it?s a drive-through! I ordered two meals, and they had... me pull forward, and I had no problem doing it? Until all the cars behind me got to go including the two cars that they had waitin that same line to pull forward as me? And when I called them because I couldn?t get out of the car because my 2yr old nephewwas in the car with me, she was giving me the dirtiest attitude and making it seem like I was a bad person for just calling andchecking since I can?t come inside. As I?m on the phone with her for 2 minutes, and she?s naming off orders that don?t belong tome, somebody finally comes outside and I told her somebody is here, let me check the order. And I asked the other lady thatbrought the food can you wait one second while I checked the order you guys had me waiting here for a while and when I wascalling in she named two or three different orders that were not mine so I want to make sure this is the right one, she startswalking away and I said excuse me can you please wait because I don?t have the capability to get out of the car if you made amistake because my nephew is in the car and she said I don?t care I have other orders you?re not a priority? you are aware thatyour entire job revolves around serving people food, so when I order food and I wanna check that food, that makes me a priority!I cannot get over how trashy the service in Vegas has gotten after the pandemic! This Mcdonalds has been steadily going down hill in recent years... It is one of the most expensive places compared to others in... the area. The service is not up to par either. You would think that when you order a breakfast meal that they would give youeverything that comes with that meal... 4 TIMES NOW I have had to come into the store after going through the drivethru to getitems that are supposed to come with the breakfast. You charge enough for these meals the very least you can do is insure youstaff is doing their jobs properly. Each time the manager has said we'll make sure to add these items in and each time theynever do... I believe that every manager there should be FIRED on the spot. I'll always love a good big Mac and no matter what if your cashier or server is having a bad day it's not ok to make it worse by... treating them rudely. I've been in the customer service industry for 20 years now and I still have a daily smile because I knowat the end of the day I did my best and there is someone who went home happier after talking with me. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. $40 for a couple of small cheese burgers and chicken nuggets... unbelievable!! The staff at this location is awful. All kids with attitude that roll their eyes if you even ask a simplequestion and will most likelyworking fast food their entire life. Food is cold, undercooked and mushy. I wasn't aware we had anice shortage since I got 1 cube in my warm Coke. Read more
