All though most times I have had good service and food at this location. Lately I have not been happy. Yesterday It took me 25... minutes to get the 5.00 classic combo box, which I patently waited for because there were several people ahead of me. Howeverwhen I finally need get my order, and had already left, I found it was missing an item. I have been there several times beforethe cutoff for breakfast, only to be told they were no longer serving breakfast. It just has gotten frustrating lately. But Ikeep going back. Shame on me. They didn't make the tacos Supreme and their solution was to give us sides. They also didn't cut the pizza and they seemed... beyond confused as to how to solve that little issue. Out of mild sauce...no forks....no napkins Beyond dumb...sorry, it ain'tthat hard Read more

I work graveyards. This will be the second time I went through the drive thru. The first night at 930 pm?They were only taking... grub hub orders and then went again today at 10pm only to find out they?re out of items. Yet they are too lazy to cover up theitems they are ?out? of. Instead, they make you wait 15 minutes just to take your order, only to be told they?re only doing grubhub. Then told they?re out of food. Both times I had to yell into the microphone to get anyone?s attention. This establishmentseems to have pretty decent reviews, but it?s definitely NOT because of the night crew. Read more
I know it's Taco Bell, the standards are already pretty low, but when the bar is already low, it should be easy to impress,... right? WRONG! I have sat in line at the drive through several times just to end up having to pull through and go inside forsomeone to take my order. The dining room is always dirty, the soda machine is pretty gross, the tortillas are stale and thefood is lukewarm at best. The staff is obviously over it as well and while my standards aren't high for a $2 taco, I think thereis plenty of room for improvement at this location. Read more
I would give it zero stars if I could. the night crew is absolutely terrible my dad came home with food. he'd normally check the... bag to see if all of the order is there but he figured he"d trust them this time. when he came home we noticed 1/3 of our orderwas missing. when he went back not even 10 min after they treated him like a criminal and like he was trying to get free foodand they yelled at him and trespassed him and swore at him. I am never going back this Taco Bell location ever again. We've beento this location many times and always are respectful for those that work there because believe me I know what its like to workfood service and how hard it can be . but seriously? My dad has heart problems and just how they treated him was inhumane . Itwas an honest mistake And I feel bad that had to happen on both sides but honestly the worst thing isn't even the fact we paidfor it and didn't get it. They didn?t put any napkins with the two burritos I ordered I also noticed that you guys put less amount of toppings inside the... burrito therefore I only taste flour. I?d give you 1 star but I have faith the next time I order food I expect to have betterservice since I am a resident that lives here in Boulder City. Read more
The night shift DOES NOT do their job. They stand around and ignore customers at window. 2 times in one week went to get food... between 10-1130pm and the workers ignore us at the window. They stood around in the kitchen and when knocked on the front doorthey ran to the back where we couldn?t see them. Terrible workers should be fired. Read more
