I go here all the time, and I contribute a massive amount to this places revenue. The workers know me very well as they see me... all the time; but the service is just horrible. Today, at roughly 3:30 PM on November 25th I asked a worker if he can replacethe iced tea due to the fact that it was extremely sour and rancid tasting. He said ?I?m sorry that?s all we have now?, which isjust a lazy answer as he or another worker can easily boil water and make some more to replace the rancid, sour tea. I love thefact that this chipotles workers laziness may compromise the paying customers health. They likely left it sitting around fordays, and sooner or later it will start to grow mold in it. They should know the rancid cycle of their beverages, and thisconcerns me as this laziness may reflect their care with the food itself. I had the worst experience today at this location. While checking out at the register,the host Jennifer behaved so rude and... argued that I was shocked ,like you don?t expect that kind of behavior when picking up your food! I had enough points in my appto get the meal today and when I asked her to help me redeem those points she was rude.Even though she gave me the food butacted as if giving away from her pocket. Hey girl! You didn?t do me any favor I had enough points .. I told her that her tone isnot good and she was literally fighting.. I ordered the 3 tacos with steak rice pinto beans lettuce cheese fajita veggies. When I got home I only had cheese and lettuce... on uncooked tortillas. Tried to call and had a recording. Went to chat with pepper and only offered bogo on chips but no neworder to fix the mistake. Extremely disappointed and mad. We will never go there again. Read more
This Chipotle is one of the worst ones I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I finally have gotten to the last straw... and decided to put this review after they have had countless mistakes. As you can see in the pictures below, I ordered a burritoand they gave me a bowl, which in itself is just careless, but then it has 5 measley pieces of chicken. Do yourself a favor ifyou are ordering from this chipotle, either go to QDoba or go to the Chipotle in Bridgewater (although they are also somewhatincompetent there). Severely dissapointing! Just left this location. Not good at all. First off, I walk in, stood there, no acknowledgement from anyone behind the counter.... It took about 5 minutes for the girl to come from wherever she was to assist me. While waiting I noticed the food was uncoveredand looked very dry. The counter was a complete mess. When she finally came over, she was not welcoming at all. It definitelyseemed like she didn't want to be there. She did not greet me at all. She took my order and sent me on my way. I found beef inside my veggie bowl. I drove back 15 mins to let them know that how unacceptable behavior is this. I showed store... manager how veggie are infested with pieces of beef. He just gave me refund and did not bother to change the serving of theveggies that clearly had beef in it. I know chipotle is popular among vegetarians, it?s totally disappointed experience. Alsomanagement of chipotle should come up new layout so that meat is not next to veggies. I will never return back to thislocation. Read more
I usually don't complain often but every time I get chipotle they seem to fill the bowl less and less. Plus the chips were so... stale they hurt to chew. I try to be understanding but this is bad experience after the next lately. Sad but now I'm going tostart going to Qdoba. Read more
