Stop #11 on our Pizza Tour 2022...Mama Rosina's in Bound Brook, NJ. Being located in the old train station made for some cool... architecture as well as some dine-in train watching. They have an outdoor trackside seating area as well. Instead of our usualslices (I'm not even sure they do slices) we opted for a full pie with pepperoni. Also got a side of meatballs (excellentmeatballs). Very tasty crust...crisp outside, chewy inside, obviously made from very fresh dough. Good tomato basil sauce andtop quality cheese (I believe the mozzarella is fresh grated). Sauce was perfectly spiced, not too sweet or bitter. Pepperoniwas good and spicy, as expected.
