So I ordered a sub they made a mistake and I wrote wrote a review on it. Mr. subs went above and beyond to take care of me I... really appreciate what they did they saw a problem they reached out and rectified it. They offered me my money back and even afree sub I didn?t want the money back because their food is usually really good I ended up getting a free sub. When I went topick up my sub they were very apologetic and actually gave me a full meal for free and if there was any other problems in thefuture to just contact them directly so they can justify the situation. Really really great customer service and in this day inage it?s really hard to get that since a lot of businesses do not care about their customers anymore Mr. sub does and it showed.Thank you Read more

Finally had the opportunity to visit Mr Subs. We ordered an 8inch ham and swiss and a hot Angry Bird sandwich. The food was... fantastic and the physical location has a lot of potential, however it's rather disorganized/underutilized and they need abetter process/system for ordering food in store. There are many other similar businesses in the area with far superior processbut not half as good food. Lots of potential here. Read more
