Charged my husband for three cookies while he only ordered two. He only caught it after the fact. In stead of offering him a... refund they just gave him another cookie he didn?t want. The cookies were great as always. The service was sub par. I ordered from the Crumbl app for carry out. I checked in and then... lots of people came and went while I was waiting for my order. My cookies we sitting off to the side, they just neglected tocall my name. The other frustrating part was the outside of the box had frosting smeared on it. Both things that a littletraining could fix. Overall I got my cookies. Just maybe could use a little customer service training. Read more

NO NUTS MAKES ME GO NUTS! I ordered a White Chocolate MACADAMIA NUT cookie last week and was very disappointed. It contained... one HALF of a macadamia nut. One half of the ingredient for which the cookie is named. There were zero macadamia nuts baked intothe cookie, the single half was carelessly tossed on the top. Do you not mix the nuts into the cookie dough? Only use them as adeceptive decorative sprinkle?? It should then be renamed White Chip Macadamia Nut Topped Cookie. Read more
Crumbl cookies are absolutely fantastic! If you haven't tried one you are seriously missing out! They are always warm and ready... to go and each week brings new flavors - too many of which are so good, that I can't pick just one. Especially since when Ithought I had my favorite(s) figured it, they go and make a lemon???? glazed cookie?! I sometimes work late at The hospital upthe street, so their late hours of being open until midnight makes it easy to grab some cookies on my way home from work. Read more
Cookies are disappointing. They're okay, but for nearly $4 each, I expected more. Other places around me have much superior... cookies (Cutler's, Parsen's), at half the price. I won't be going again. Read more
