Went inside and ordered at the counter on 10/04/2022 around 8:00 PM. Cashier was very friendly and professional. She took the... time to listen to my very specific order for a hamburger on a wheat bun. The restrooms were very well kept up - top tiercleanliness. The dining areas were also very clean. I witnessed the employees staying busy in between processing orders bycleaning their work areas I rarely see this practice at other food establishments. I typically live for Cubby?s, but this location was a huge disappointment. I ordered to-go so I didn?t realize the state of my... order until it was too late. My sweet potato fries looked like tigger and 1 out of the 4 pieces of my quesadilla looked likeflat Stanley because it was completely void of chicken and ranch. If I?m going to pay that much for a quesadilla and sweetpotato fries they should be done right. Not impressed. Read more
With the pickles in my Le Squish cheese burger being bigger than the actual meat patty, makes me wonder were they are cutting... corners ... nothing to write home about. Expensive for what the give. VERY typical small cheese burger. Decent mac n cheese. Will probably not return. Read more
It's good but expensive. Usually I can justify "great or excellent" for the price. You're definitely paying for the "organic,... local, fresh" brand, but it's very similar to getting fast food. Pay at a counter and they bring it out. You don't have waitstaff or anything so it's not the sit down restaurant experince, but you'll definitely be paying the resturaubt experienceprice. However, the fries tonight had SO MUCH salt on them. This was for both the rosemary and the buffalo blue fries. The lastthing you need on fries covered with buffalo sauce is salt. Unfortunately I couldn't finish them because I felt like I'd becomea piece of jerky. I also had a the 3 cheese grilled cheese which was super good and saved the trip. But $9 for grilled cheese isa BIT much if you ask me. I've eaten here maybe 2 other times at different locations. But this is one of those places I go onceevery 3 years or so. Read more
Food is terrible. Breakfast is the only reason this is getting 3 stars. Way overpriced with the a la cart menu. Do these look... like fresh tomatoes and delicious caramelized onions? Read more
The food was ok just a bit small portion for the cost. Also it Didn't help they ask for tip before making the food or bringing... the food or... actually doing anything. Right as I'm ordering the food they want me to guess what tip amount they'll earn. None? 15% or 18% maybe 20%? All of those options are provided "suggestions" during payment before anything else happens. I'm notsure exactly what the tip was for? I mean they did walk the food to the table. But they do the same thing at Wendy's orMcDonald's or any other fast food place that has to prepare food to order. Overall not entirely impressed. Not sure we will goback. Read more
Hell to the iz-no!!!! This place is outrageously priced with small portion sizes. The chicken in the salad was dry like straw... and the shake is put in a medium cup but pieced as extra large. Save you money and do NOT go here. Read more
Good food but at a price. I have only had their TriTip Sandwich and sweet potato fries. But they were excellent. As prices have... skyrocketed this chain has definitely raised their prices. But their food combinations are intriguing and are not the boringchain restaurants that taste all the same. So that alone should make it worth the try if you have not come to this restaurantyet.
