First time coming here. Staff are very competent, take pride in what they do, actively listen if you request something to be... added even when it's busy. Also the farmhouse sandwich taste light and healthy not anything like fast food chain. Just wantedto give forewarning; the parking situation here can get really tight especially when busy. And it's not a sit downestablishment, you go in, order, prep your drink and go. So if you are ordering for a sizeable group of people it may be betterto send 1 person in with a list to get everything, alleviate the crowding a bit. Read more

The absolute WORST customer experience EVER!! 25 minutes for 2 bagel sandwiches, and 2 twice baked Hashbrowns, which were burnt... and stuck to the wrappers, also when i stepped up to ask how much longer for our order, the 2 at the cashier just staring at me,and no words, and then a black female lady making came up n with a disgusted look on her face n attitude in her voice, yours isnext, all the while everyone whom came after me was getting their orders before us!! I will NOT be back to this location, n itssad cause it's the closest one to me within 20 miles, so sad to say may not be back to einstein period! Read more
If you think $8.50 is a fair price for 2 regular toasted bagels and cream cheese, you are out of your freaking mind. I was so... shocked I asked the lady at the register 3 times to make sure it was the right order. Unbelievably overpriced! Read more
Parking was bad enough, but the service I received from Dana an employee was right out disrespectful, twice I asked her about my... order 1st time she just look at me and turned around, 2 time I asked her is that my order, she looked at me placed it down andwalked away. I visit this store a lot. Never again she doesn't not need to work with the public. The food is good, but withservice like this. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Read more
Received extreme rude customer service here simply trying to get a copy of receipt for expense report that was not included with... quick pickup, is not available on their app, and did not email me a receipt as app notes will be. I am currently 2 hours fromthis location and employee was very rude and stated "you will just have to drive in here to pick it up" we cannot email you acopy. App does not allow you to pay for exact amount of transaction so already difficult to expense without charge matchingreceipt amount. Will no longer do any business with Einstein. Better options out there, easier to order and do business with,and not be treated rude when calling in to get receipt they simply missed attaching to the pickup order. Read more
I went in an ordered 3 toasted cinnamon sugar bagels. The lady taken my order was not polite, so i didn?t tip. I got home and... one wasn?t toasted and the two honey butter ones were AWFUL!!!! tasted like cleaning supplies. I will not be going back. Read more
Great people with consistent product. You can get any kind of bagel. You can build a masterpiece or keep it simple. Either... way, it's good stuff. I wish they'd bring back inside dining. Read more
