Just sat 20 min in the drive thru to get 1 drink. They had the same car at the window for 14 min!! Ridiculous!! They should have... had them pull over and bring their order out when it was ready. We saw 7 cars leave the line while we were there. If we were notblocked in we would have left too! Read more

Service is fast, drinks are a little short in size. Compared amount of drink with other vendors, Fizz cups hold less than they... are rated on their menu. They are trying hard, some locations are better that others. Read more

As a diabetic I need someone who pays attention when I ask for sugar free stuff. The location in NSL caused me to have a huge... spike due to not being sf. Thus location? Never a problem Read more

They're always super fast and extremely friendly and understanding when I have a list of drinks for everyone at the job. I wait... till I'm in centerville to get fizz on my way to work from Brigham so I have plenty of other locations I could stop at Read more

What a very upsetting experience I just had at your Bountiful location. Your shift lead told me she refused to top off my 24oz... beverage because I asked for light ice. When I told her I had been ordering this drink for years at your store and have neverbeen told that you can't top off the last ounce or so of soda to fill it, she said that I couldn?t pay for the extra soda andclosed the window. She then proceeded to mock me to the other employees. When I asked for a manager she said she was shift leadand her name was Nolan. I tip when I go to your store, I bring my kids, I avoid going to competing soda shops. This experiencemakes me want to try another shop. So disappointed and just disgusted by the treatment over an ounce or 2 of soda. Unreal. On mylabel they put ?NO SODA.? What does that mean? Read more

I went through the drive through, it was somewhat busy so they had someone outside taking orders at everyone?s cars. I had to... repeat my very simple order (32.oz Captain Jack Sparrow, with added coconut cream) four times. They said they had messed it upand that?s why I had to repeat it so many times. They repeated it back to me after so many times telling them my order andfinally got it right, but when I got my drink, it was completely wrong. It was a 44oz Dr. Pepper with coconut syrup. I felt badfor the person outside in 95 degree weather on the blacktop who was taking orders at cars who couldn?t hear anything. I usuallydon?t have any problems here, but overall this wasn?t the greatest experience. I hope next time is better Read more

I love fiiz. I've been a loyal customer since they first opened. However, the last 10 or more times I've been there my drink... was underflavored. I have taken my drink back and had them fix it. I've gotten refunds, which they willingly give. I have eventried different orders. The quality is not the same. Normally, I get a raspberry zest but the last 5 ordered didn't haveraspberry puree. When I say something, they fix it, but I shouldn't have to say something every single time. So I gave up on myfavorite. Today I ordered a lime Ricky. It had no color, it was clear. I tasted it at the window and it tasted like sugar waterwith a little lime. I told them it didn't have grape. They put a single squirt of grape and told me if I mixed it it would beenough. It is a light-ish purple now. Step up your game fiiz. You used to be great. Read more

When in Utah, do as the . . . local soccer moms do? Soda shops are definitely a "thing" here and I am certainly ok with that.... Especially Fiiz. I stop by for a 44oz about once a week. After a few times I decided to basically try the entire drink menu,#drinkupFiizup :) The Dr.Pepper drinks are probably my favorites at this point, although I love Mountain Dew any other day ofthe week. The ones with whip added are do creamy and perhaps decadent lol. The service is always good, lots of teens workingduring non-school hours. They are always polite. There is a rewards system using your phone number, definitely take advantage ifyou are a regular. This ones drive through is hard for bigger cars so make sure you are careful when doing the "turn". And alittle side note: If you go retro and order a "cherry iron port" you may have to remind them to use extra syrup than the recipecalls for or your drink will taste like just seltzer water.
