2pm on Thursday, not exactly lunch rush. 25 minutes for burger and fries. I know you're good, at least my first few visits were.... But seriously... I watched my burger sit unwrapped for 4 minutes. Then continued sitting for 3 more minutes before I got halfcold fries tossed in, I had assumed I was being made to wait for fresh fries. Nope. Could be tough to go back. Read more

Let?s break it down: 3-stars for the burger, 4-stars for the fries and 5-stars for the cleanliness. It was not a $9+ hamburger.... Two patties is great but no flavor to the burger and even with grilled onions and mushrooms it was extremely bland. Bun was sothin it became soggy very quickly from the burger. Employees were nice but I was amazed that 7 people were on the clock for howslow it was. One photo of them just standing around and a bit entertaining to hear their back and forth conversation about whowas on dishes and fries. Not oozing productivity. Love how clean it was and fries were great. I wouldn?t agree with theirsignage that it is the ?best burger? or ?best bargain?. Review is based mostly on takeout. The menu is pretty basic which means they have a lot of time to perfect their burgers and we... think they are pretty great. You pick the size and toppings which gives you control over the order. The options are endless ifyou switch things up. They always give more than enough fries. A small fry was plenty for our family of 3. Try the Cajun friesif you like a little spice. I will say that we wish they had pickled jalapeños as well as fresh. While we like fresh, thepickled work better for burgers IMO. Also recommend you try their bbq sauce. So good. Read more
I love a great burger and I thought I had found a great burger at Five Guys. Not. I called in the order and when I arrived it... was already to go. Come on guys. Where's the quality control. Wrapping a burger in foil is not right. Do they make a goodburger? Yes But it was sloppy and mushy Someone is dropping the ball. It's a shame that there is no pride or consistency. I'veseen it before. Money is rolling in and you forget about the quality. Do something like giving employees some training. We allknow why Starbucks is so awesome. Consistency. Show your employees that you care about the quality and you'll see them step upand want to be proud of their contributions.
