I went to order food inside. There were four people behind the counter, three of them were on their phone. I stood at the... counter for 10 minutes. No one helped me. I heard someone say that there was someone at the counter but still nothing. My orderwould have been over $60. I finally just walked out. I won't be back. Read more
I am disappointed. I usually love this place. Tonight I got my food, got home and opened the box to find fries that I imagined... were the last in the bin, most of them were hard and somewhat stale. Then I moved on to my chicken and it was dry too. Iunderstand when it gets later in the night you don't want to cook more food but I also don't want to pay for dry, stale food. Read more
Super friendly staff, very clean and well kept dining area. Food was really good. I was debating on doing for starts because... they missed things like no pickles on a sandwich and gave me an individual sized macaroni instead of a large. However,everything else was better than expected. Read more
Chicken tenders are hit or miss for the quality and cook. One order 2 weeks ago was good, but the biscuits were not put into the... bag which we didn't notice until we arrived at our destination. Yesterday the service was a little bit better but the tenderswere very overcooked and half the size as the prior order. But the biscuits were there .. very dry and cold. $35 + tax for the12 pc meal is a ridiculous price when it's not edible 50% of the time. They took forever to help me then i waited and when i got my food i realized they didn?t put any sauce as i asked for barbecue.... Like no fries! This place really lacks in quality for how much you charge here and this is fast food! Be fast! Read more
We will go here on occasion to get a bunch of grub quick to fill up our family. Today when we arrived home after going through... the drive through we recognized our order was wrong. KFC had given us their original crispy chicken instead of tenders. After aquick phone call they were able to make things right as painless as possible for me. We will continue being customers. I never leave bad reviews, but I can't let this one go. I went through the drive thru and ordered a bucket of chicken meal. When... I got to the window to pay, I was shocked to hear that I owed 30 dollars! For 8 pieces of chicken! Needless to say, I was short 5 dollars because I didn't bring my purse that had my other credit cards in it. She asked me to pull forward until I figuredout what to do. Granted, it's raining and cold. My friend sent me the 5 dollars through cash app. I ended up just going insideto get my order. The guy at the counter said he would be with me shortly. I said I'm just here to pay for my order from thedrive thru. Knowing I've been waiting already in the drive through as there were many cars ahead of me, and now to wait longeras he helped guests in the dining room instead of assisting me as my food sat and is getting cold! I've been in the customerservice industry all of my employed life and know how to treat people. I would have just let the 5 dollars slide and consideredthe circumstances. I mean come on!
