I went in for a single pizza. There new promotion. An was told I would have a wait of 15mins. I noticed only 2 employees... working. An I then was sitting in the restaurant for 45+minutes before I even was approached by one of the employees. Who thenonly asked me for the name on my order. This is the worst store in the state, which is saying a lot. The store is always disgusting when you actually go into the store.... I waited 30 minutes for a pizza that they didn?t even put in the oven and the staff tried to make it my fault. Not even anapology. I?d rather drive further out than ever step in this store again. I don't think I have ever eaten a worst tasting Pizza. It's offensive to all of us Italians to call that cheap tasteless sweet... white bread crust a pizza. Hardly any cheese on it. Even 7Eleven pizza is better. Read more
Even using the pizza portal to order and arriving at the end of my pick up time I had to wait 20 minutes for my order.... Unfortunately I cannot recommend this location during a dinner time. They are understaffed and cannot keep up. Read more
Ordered a pizza, they changed the delivery time twice before canceling my order. Called customer support and he didn't even tell... me why it got canceled, just told my I would be reimbursed in 7-10 business days. He then made it seem like he was doing my aservice by reimbursing me before hanging up on me when I tried to ask further questions. Incredibly disrespectful anddistrustful customer service. Read more
This was probably the worst looking pizza i have had and it was not even warm when i got it? there was like barely any sauce... covering the pizza and it was made very sloppy and cut very sloppy. I was nervous because the cashier who was making the crazybread was touching his mask and touching the food and was kind of grossed out by it.
