I had been going to this Maverick multiple times a day since I was in high school (about 6 years), and I recently had to stop... going here. The tall blonde girl named Miranda has a REAL attitude problem, and is very unprofessional. She also accuses peopleof stealing when it's just her not paying attention. Employee acted like I was going to steal snacks. And told me one thing then did the opposite.
Air pressure machine broken. Staff uninterested in getting it operational or helping to assist customer. Wont accept card or... coins. Most places it is free. I'll buy gas from those places now. Might be more expensive but at least is a consistentreliability there. Not here though. Read more
Small Maverick. I would not recommend bringing a trailer here. I mean you could could but why risk it when there is a bigger... Maverick with a 1-2 miles? Easy to miss. No covered pumps. Youight have to pump your gas in the rain ????. Read more
Great food. Bad mask usage. There's an older gentleman who is quite nice, but refuses to wear the mask properly, for whatever... reason. It's either on his chin during checkout, or beneath his nose, neither of which do anything to help. If the excuse was"medical", a face shield would avoid any "breathing problems". Read more
We visit this Maverick location weekly & It has been nothing but pleasant experiences until now. I was getting gas & paying @... the pump as I usually do, however this time the screen was giving me a message to see cashier. So I went inside & this darkhaired fellow w/a dark beard yelled 'It's declining!' I wasn't even sure he was speaking to me, as he was w/another customer @the time. After realizing he was in fact speaking to me, I tried to explain that I believed I had entered the incorrect zipcode, when I was cut off by another 'It's declining!' I tried finishing my sentence, when I was for a 3rd time cut off & yelledat. I was done @ this point. What a joke. He was rude, disrespectful & inconsiderate & has no business being in the customerservice industry. Period. *Just to clarify, The cashier was NOT Adam. Adam is Great! It was a different fellow. Not really the best Maverik there is in bountiful or Davis county in that matter. Never has stocked bon fire foods. The cashier... there always had the hard Rock music from his phone, and most of it is just terrible! I go there because of how close it is tomy work but I'm willing to drive 10 mins to the one on 400 N bountiful instead... Read more
