Went there for lunch. Staff was very friendly. Guy cutting meats was probably the least friendly but he had the look of being in... the Zone. Guy at the counter seemed like not only was he new but I think it might be his first job ever. Manager Lady was verycourteous and helpful. So good! Side note, my husband is Hawaiian and he approves ???? The Ekolu Special is a nice option if you like to have enough to... share! We usually get teri sauce on our rice, katsu chicken, and teriyaki chicken. Meat is tender and the sauces pair so well!My husband likes to get his POG fix here. Had a great experience at Mo? Bettahs, after coming here several times I?ve noticed consistent quality, portions, & You know... your meat came right off the grill. Personal favorites- Katsu Chicken (crispy and fried), the Teriyaki chicken is tender andhas really good flavor and the Teriyaki steak. And they are very generous with giving you plenty of sweet or spicy Terrisauce. I am actually a huge fan of the Mac salad and usually I don?t like Mac, but this has a fluffy gentle taste and texture.So delicious! Place is really good. I enjoyed their katsu chicken a lot. Everything was made fresh and customer service was fantastic. I... definitely would recommend going here. Delicious!! Here's some practical tips- you don't have to get the macaroni salad (not a fan here) you can get extra rice or a... green salad. the teriyaki chicken is my favorite. It's moist and tender. Their teriyaki sauce is the best sauce. You can askthem to put some all over your rice and then you won't have to pay for an extra side. Their "BBQ" sauce tastes like ketchup, Ididn't like it. Keep in mind they weigh your food to know how much meat to put on, so the extra rice, and even the cabbage is awaste of weight when the meat is the best part! :) **I got the new chocolate Hawiian cake, it was okay. Kind of dry. And itshould've been more like $2.99 instead of $5.
