Mediocre at absolute best. Girl that was taking food orders was very obviously unhappy about being there and did everything she... possibly could to avoid interacting with customers and then barely spoke loud enough to hear. Be careful at the cash registertoo, they're hungry for their little donation campaign and charged almost a dollar to "round up" even after we very clearly saidwe did not want to contribute. Worse costumer service ever. My husband and I arrived and there was no customers just a couple already seated down eating there... meal. We were ready to order and no one even acknowledged us and the girl finally says hi what can I get you? Right when I wasgonna speak she starts talking to another coworker. He clearly didn't care to get our order, she even took her time talking forme and my husband to decide to leave. So we just walked out. I ordered online, arrived on time and waited 30 minutes longer than my pick-up time. While I waited, dozens of other customers... came and were served immediately. When I asked, again, about my order (which was only 1 dinner plate!!!), I was told they werenow waiting on something to be cooked and it would be 8-10 minutes. BTW, there were half a dozen other online orderers waiting,as well. My advice... don't attempt to save time by ordering online. It's absolutely ridiculous. Read more
I pre-ordered around 6:00PM for a 7:30 PM delivery. Some food was delivered 15 minutes late and it wasn't what I ordered. I... order 2 bigger plates, orange chicken x2, angus steak, kung pao, string bean chicken and sweet and sour chicken. What Ireceived was a plate or orange chicken and cheese ragoons. I called panda and asked them to refund or re-deliver, they wereunwilling or unable to provide either of those, so now I have to dispute the credit card charge. Panda wants to keep the moneyfor a tip, delivery and food they didn't even provide. Read more
Scheduled on online order and arrived just after the scheduled time. Ended up waiting 20 minutes while the staff dealt with... their lunch rush. No apology or reason for the delay. Just a shrug. Finally got the order and rushed off to my meeting (whichI was now running late to). Guess what? Order was wrong and items were missing. What a disaster! We love eating panda on occasion for family dinner. The orange chicken has always been spicy but it was always tolerable for my... little kids. It's their favorite choice, of course. Over the last 4 or 5 times it has kept getting progressively more spicy.Tonight I had to literally hold the orange chicken under running water so my kids could eat dinner. I'm totally disappointed.I'd much rather add chili paste to get the spiciness for me and my hubby-- then have to wash the orange chicken so my kids caneat it. Read more
