The service they provide now is nothing. Every time I order delivery, they either cancel it, takes over an hour to get, or... randomly close the store. I get very lucky if I can place an order and get it to be delivered. Now, they keep forgetting items.They won't answer their phone at all. Read more
This isn’t specifically this locations fault, but is a criticism of your company’s website. Your location closes at 8 on... Sunday. If I place an order online, I shouldn’t have to go to the end of my order only to find out that you are closed when Itry to pay. You really need to fix this so that you don’t waste people’s time. I ordered my pizza through the app and it gave me the “big box deal” for $26.99, after getting there the employee said it... will be $38. He said they don’t honor the deal and they’ve been working on getting it removed from their location? Then hesaid if I don’t pay the $38 I won’t get the pizza. I pay only to get home and discover both pizzas were undercooked, and thebread was still very doughy. As well the BBQ chicken pizza tasted oddly sour, my roommates and I didn’t even feel comfortablefinishing a slice so we ended up just throwing it away. Update: I received a call from the store manager advising that theprice jump was because both pizzas weren’t single topping pizzas. He also addressed the odd bbq sauce flavor and the employeesdemeanor. After speaking with Allan (Alan?) I’m changing my review from 1 stars to 4 stars. Read more
No-call, no-show? I ordered pizza last Saturday and waited... and waited... and called with no answer... and waited. I didn't... want to make something or get something else as I expected to have pizza, or to get some notification if for some reason Iwasn't going to get pizza. After several long attempts at getting through to the store we decided going to the store itself andmaking a scene would not be the best solution, so we went elsewhere for dinner. This was 3 & 1/2 hours after ordering the pizza,and more than 2 hours past the time the website said to expect delivery. I did lodge a complaint with corporate Pizza Hut, andwas told that I should hear back from the local store within 3 business days. As I am on day 4 and have not had any contact I amassuming that this too is a bust. I have battled with family over maintaining business with Pizza Hut over other companies andafter this I believe I'll give up the fight. You had every opportunity to make this right Bountiful Pizza Hut, shame on you. Read more
Worst Pizza Hut ever tried calling store because our pizza was 40% dough. They hung up on me 4 times, then closed. Wow is all I... can say. My husband and I are truck drivers and we got dough to eat for dinner. I called and they said they would replace theorder then never sent the order out tried calling and that was when I was hung up on 4 times,once by the manager. I'm trying toget a refund and no reply. Thought I'd give this location another try after 2 years but that was a mistake. Ordered meat lovers and received a pepperoni... but at meat lovers price and it took over an hour to receive. Called but no answer. I really don't know why this location isstill open. The reviews say it all. Read more
