Seriously great food, I'm sad the experience was shattered. Service to seat and serve was excellent. I sadly cannot... remember his name, the guy with the thumb wrap was simply amazing, gracious and attentive and truly great service. Fooddelivered was delicious, every level of flavor surreal. We were just finishing up and the older lady whipped our plates away. So fast, my friend was still picking at her plate and I had a little left, I'd just placed my fork down to rest. I even askedif she needed us to leave, it was that ridiculous. She thought I was being funny. She returned, no, if I needed you to leaveI'd ask you. Seriously a big downer on being rushed to finish. Soured the trip for our table. The food is delicious anddefinitely worth a visit, just be prepared if you take a little longer than you should on time. Read more
I have become addicted to the salad sampler from Plates and Palates. I stop in whenever I am in Bountiful, and order it to be... delivered for lunch at least once a week. I have tried multiple combinations and have yet to be disappointed. I have also triedtheir sandwiches and am a fan of those as well, although prefer all of them on cracked wheat vs the harder roll. I've been going here for a decade, at least. I drive 30 minutes, past 2 cities, to eat here specifically. The food is fresh,... from scratch and full of flavor. So many yummy choices. Get the sampler if your first time so you can try multiple of theamazing salads. The desserts are fabulous. AND THE ROLLS!!! But then you have the panini options. Seriously can't go wrong. Price to portion is perfect. The service is over the top, you feel attended to and like you're old friends. This family ownedand run restaurant is very personable and this type of service is hard to find anymore. Read more
We had Plates and Palates cater our sons wedding luncheon and reception. They were amazing to work with!!! I appreciated how... quick they were to respond to my many emails. There willingness to provide the best service decreased my stress level on anormally stressful day. I also need to share how AMAZING the food was!!!! First timers tonight! So good! Love the flavor combos and ingredients used. We walked in and placed a to-go order 15 minutes... before close (we didn't realize what time it was), and no one seemed annoyed by us. We ordered the turkey apple panini and thecurry salad, and both were spot on. Can't complain about price with how satisfied we were + inflation. Read more
I have driven past this restaurant 1,000 times, and finally gave it a try, Iwas not disappointed! We Tried the Ruben and the... Italian Turkey panini. Ordered over the phone, extremely polite and quick service for take out. Will be coming back again soon! Read more

The food was really good. The paninis were the best I've had in a long time. The service staff was super attentive, they all... had smiles, super happy to be there. Met one of the owners, REALLY nice person. The prices are reasonable. Why 4? There was noextractor and I ended up smelling like my lunch for the rest of the afternoon. But, that's *my* pet peeve.
