Just had the best sub made for me I have ever had at Subway. The young lady working today (06/10/2022@1110am) needs a raise.
This Subway literally had the most polite staff I've seen in a fast food place in a long time. They were helpful and cheerful.... Even my teenager commented on how nice everyone was. It was clean, and there was no line. We were in and out in about 10minutes. Read more
I?ve worked at subways before - 2 in fact, Including midtown ATL but this store is getting more and more ridiculous. Is this... bountiful or LA, NYC? Between the drive thru, pre orders and walk ins, I was already pretty certain nothing was working well. Ihad more patience last week when i was here. The employees are overwhelmed despite usually being friendly. That?s why I didn?trate a complete one star. Today though, I?ve been in a drive thru for 40 minutes for an order that was ready for pick up 25minutes ago, imagine my annoyance the lobby is closed and now my sandwich is probably cold & soggy. When I ask for SPINACH, I don?t mean 2.5 leaves. This is the first time I?ve had a bad experience here. I don?t know if the lady... in the drive through was having a day, but the sandwiches were extremely thin. On my other sandwich not pictured, I got 2slivers of bell pepper.
