The epitome of incompetence. They NEVER have mexican pizza even though it's an official menu item. Get with the program there... buddy. They run out of basic stuff on a daily basis. Out of lettuce, out of tomatoes, out of cheese. They would rather save 12cents on a 5lb bag of cheese than run to Wal Mart and make $2000 more dollars tonight. It's because they don't want to work.They just want to sit there and get paid minimum wage to do nothing. The management is the problem though. Hey this place use to be really good at customer service and would always make a positive experience especially with wrong... orders. Lately they have just been taking orders and they honestly have been wrong the last few times. This most recent timethey got the order wrong and I brought it up at the window and instead of providing a solution like getting started on fixing itand asking us to pull around to a different spot to get us out of the way they gaslight me asking if I specified the order whichof course I did with the last few times having issues with wrong orders. Then the employee just looked at me through the windowlike that ended the conversation even though he didn't respond to it just saying that what I got was on the receipt. So I leftwith the wrong order and ended up having to go to a Taco Time about a city away just to get enough food for a solid meal. I washoping for willingness for problem solving instead I got unacceptable customer service. I recommend not going to this locationcurrently. Read more
I've never has such Horrible service! Multiple times hav3 i experienced a male Cashier make me feel like I was inconveniencing... them as they took my order saying in a very rude tone "anything else" after every item I ordered. God forbid you ask foranything modified. Alway out of eveything, this time not having any of the Chrispy chiken or the chedder Chalupa... I get weare in a supply change shortage, the least you can do is put sorry out of sign so you don't waste anyone's time. Will never goto this tacobell again I would rather drive the 5 miles over to centerville. Read more
I'm really tired of fast food places closing their lobbies. Especially without posting on the door that the lobby hours are... different than the drive through. Especially since the door is what you read if you walk up to go inside... Read more
This was not a good experience. They were out of everything including the water at the drink dispenser at 8:00 (2000) Those... preparing the food looked like they were disgusted by us. Used the restroom prior to leaving & the toilet was disgustinglydirty. Never going back. Bright side, good music! Read more
I think I get some pretty good service here. They are on a busy corner but not too bad to access no matter which way you come... from. I have no complaints about the crew. Sometimes super friendly and sometimes bland but never a bad experience. I only drinkthe mango tea but it's always down when I'm in the area. Hopefully they'll get it fixed someday soon. Edit: Today, José the ASMwent way above and beyond any expectations. He is very friendly and went through quite a bit to get that mango goodness in mycup and make sure I was well taken care of. I've avoided going here several times due to long drive-thru lines, and assumed it was because they're one of the only place... around that's open late. Turns out they're just slow. But on the other hand, my order was wrong. I ordered a spicy double steakgrilled cheese burrito. It did not come spicy. They didn't offer any sauce, which made it pretty dry. I was expecting a lot ofsteak, but there was certainly not as much as the name implies, and what was on it was barely warm and soggy. Didn't even tastelike steak. I've had this before and it was pretty good. This was disappointing to say the least. Read more
