I honestly love the place and the food. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience at my last Togo order. Kevin the manager was... called over to put in a military discount. I showed my ID to the Togo person then they had to go get Kevin to put in thediscount. Which is standard, what?s not standard is Kevin?s comment and I quote ? you?re to little to be in the military? thenafter showing him my ID he proceeded to say it was a joke calm down. The last two time I have been with my family. We had the same waitress. Now two time being there with same girl and ordering the... same thing and both times messed up. I order a wrap crispy with no tomato only and add mild sauce Got tomatoes on it and no mildthe first time. Second time got no tomatoes and no mild sauce. How hard is it to take an order. I also believe since this is thebest place for wings around here u should take reservations for people that have 15 or 20 Cuz that?s missing money out in your store. We stopped going to this location last year. This is just one of many problems with food and or staff, and never once have we... been offered anything or apologized to so now we could care less what bdubbs has to say. My husbands a vet and we went for hisfree wings. The place surprisingly wasn?t crowded. An hour in we had to ask for more water, never got our food, and when weexplained why we were leaving, when asked, we were only offered to continue to wait for our food! What a joke! We drive to theone in Frankfort because it?s nicer, cleaner, and has zero issue with service. Read more
The music was so loud that having a conversation with my family at my table was near impossible!! The food was fine as usual,... but we came here for the atmosphere. It was amazing the food the people and our server was amazing! Her name was Bethany and she was awesome! I was in a party of 4,... 3 out of the 4 of us got 20 wings because of the sale and it was 100% worth it. Everyone enjoyed out food and the time together,however for myself the place was very loud, not other people in the restaurant but the music was loud. It felt like I was in aclub not a restaurant, and with the music being so loud I felt like I had to yell to my group when they were not even 5 feetinfront of mee, I even had to yell to the person next to me just to have a conversation with them....
