Went in for the first time to pick up my order since delivery wasn't available and I'm glad I did. They were in there cutting... up the cooked chicken bites with no gloves on. Cutting it up and putting it into a bin for prep I guess but with their barehands during covid. I asked if my food was also prepared without gloves since I order the Buffalo chicken bites and they saidYes! I requested a refund. Worst delivery service I have experienced! I was visiting from out of town for a funeral and staying in a hotel. We had to place... our order 3 different times because each time our order was delivered it was wrong. By the time we finally received all the foodwe ordered it was almost midnight and we were too tired to even eat it. All we ordered was a large 2 topping pizza, plainboneless chicken bites and a 32 piece parmesan bread bites box. The first time our order came and I called to let them know sheread my order back to me and the ticket was correct, but what I received was backwards. The only thing that was correct was thepizza. My chicken bites came as plain chicken wings and the parmesan bites were plain as well, no parmesan - Who orders PARMESANBITES with no parmesan??? So we placed another order for the 2 incorrect items. When the 2nd order came, they only brought thechicken bites. By the 3rd time of ordering, it was almost midnight when we received the last of the order. Needless to say, if Iever come to this town again, I will never order from this place. Read more
80% bread! Basically paid $20 for bread. The toppings are pathetic, they only cover 1/2- 2/3 of the pizza and a thin layer too.... This one is a little better than the other one, but they use the pepperoni to cover outer surface but most of the cheese andother topping barely cover 2/3 Read more
They advertising 5.99 for 2 or more pizza. I had a coupon for free 2 topping. So I used that. Bit didn't know when ordering... online you have to add 5.99 coupon. So order 2 more pizza and cheesy bread and it came to 43$. Called and spoke to manager. Andhe was like. You have to add coupon or it charges you regular price. I didn't know this. And he offered no help in getting themfor 5.99. And didn't seem to care when it said wouldn't order again. Read more
