What's not to love at dunkin? Fast, efficient and great great great tasting coffee and other drinks as well
Usually friendly Staff, but one lady was super standoffish and not friendly at all. When I tried to tell her about the dunkin... members reward, a free breakfast sandwich with a purchase of a medium drink for reward members she was unwilling and tried togive me a hard time. The best dunkin in kankakee county. I'm addicted to dunkin ???? so I literally have gone to every one. Though only one of them... I've had negative experiences at, they're all pretty good. I prefer this one because not one single time have they messed myorder up. Even better is they know me by name and know my order, so most of the time they tell me good morning/afternoon Kat andring me up. It's great and the drinks and food never disappoint. Staff is very friendly and it's always so clean. They run agreat crew over there no matter the time or day. Keep up the hard work, it doesn't go unnoticed ???? Read more
Giving a 4 because the place used to easily be a 5. I go there before work and the egg wraps used to be really good. Now they're... either just slightly warm or cold. Light ice or specific munchkins is hit or miss. The only person that stands out is the tanlady who smiles all the time. Thank you for that. Read more
The crew is always super nice. Food and drinks always delicious. I usually go around 7-8 am. Sometimes there is a longer line... than normal but they do a fantastic job at getting everyone taken care of as quick as possible. Read more
