Ordered online to be picked up while we were out running errands. My partner went inside to grab our food while I waited in the... car. While he was inside, I got a call saying they didn't have certain items to make my food, that's understandable. I told themI'd be fine switching to another item of the same price. They told me they had it and would give it to me. They called me again5 minutes later saying they didn't have the ingredients for that either and had to offer me something worth less than what Ipaid for. I told them I was fine with that, as long as I got the difference of the items refunded to me. She said she'd work itout and find my partner to tell him. I understand it was busy, however my partner waited for 30 minutes before he called me totell me that they are telling him I never had an order. I went in to see what the issue was, and they ended up completelyrefunding my entire order and they gave us my partner's food and some of mine. Extremely disappointed. I appreciate the refund,but the time and run around was not worth it. Read more

Zero stars for because she was a trash employee. It was a pickup order. I ordered may be 50 times by now. They messed up my... order gave me wrong food i saw it when i came home. I went back. It was closing time as i was going to enter inside even she sawme coming still locked the doors. Then I have to wait 5 mins for them to open the doors. Then when I asked them they gave mewrong food not even i single apology. She was like nothing happend. This is totally disrespect. I am gonna call my credit cardcompany and charge back. Ordered a broccoli soup, a cinnamon crunch bagel, and a Fuji apple salad. Soup and bagel were excellent, but how do you eat a... Fuji apple salad with no Fuji apple crisps on it? I?ve been coming here for years, and each time I visit they progressively getworse at quality. It?s a bit of a miss. Overpriced garbage. Last time I went to this location I was completely disappointed in humanity. To begin I wanted to order the... smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich but they were out of chicken. Alright that?s excusable, I decided to order a grilled cheese andFrench onion soup. The serving of soup is extremely tiny and they forgot to give me croutons with it, once again I wouldn?tleave a poor review for this I can excuse as well. Finally, we get to my order by default the grilled cheese sandwich. Uponopening the wrapper and seeing what I had received, I was left speechless. Who in their right mind could make this and thinkit?s alright to serve to a dog let alone a human being? A picture is worth 1000 words, take a look for yourselves. Had to go inside because drive thru is closed due to being short staffed. Waited 40 mins for my order.. because of being short... staffed and busy.. which is understandable, everywhere is short staffed. Recieved my order and got home to 2 sandwiches thatweren't hot, meat was not cooked and cheese not melted. No red onions as well. Paid $30 and waited 40 mins for inediblesandwiches. A joke. Read more
ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING . This place has really gone downhill these recent years..!! I used to love coming in and ordering for... my niece and i. I enjoyed the sip club, helpful employees in the morning and my orders are usually correct. But unfortunately wewill NOT be coming back,,!!!! Just this past week they are out of everything !! No bags, always out of food and now to top itall off, my niece saw a roach on the floor in the lobby !! And there is always fruit flies by the sweets!! Is nothing beingdone? Do they even clean thoroughly anymore ? This is completely unsanitary and I will never spend my money here ever again andI will make sure my friends and family are away of the carelessness. What is going on with management lately? I hope the generalmanager is ashamed and will make a difference for the other customers.
