Always made correctly & piping hot. Delicious cheese & pepperoni pizza!! Stuffed crust filled with cheese & pepperoni.
What a Dump our Papa Johns is, I had to call a call center to order from work for a workplace order, she repeated the order back... wrong 3 times barely knew English, then gave a price of $120 for 4 pizzas, finally she transfered me to the store, where themanager couldnt even get the order correct, probably her brother, i just hung up, English people! lets not study in school andend up doin this shittttt...... We just ordered pizza well done. We order all the time. The crust is pale white and soggy. I ordered onion and green pepper no... cheese. So with no cheese I was told that makes it soggy. The new Gm is obviously out of their league. This has never been aproblem. Then when you call they refuse to give the owners number. Another example of someone having a job they don't deservesomeone saying they have 4 years at a store but can't make a pizza right. Read more
Ordered, my order was never delivered. I called and they said they did not receive my order, but I had an email confirmation... with order number, and my credit card was charged. The shift manager refused to do anything. I had to call 800 number, about ahalf hour later they canceled my order and refunded my credit card. No apology for THEIR mistake. Ended up eating at anotherarea restaurant with much better service. Will NEVER go back. Read more
Waited almost 2 hours (tracker said 34 minute wait the entire time) to receive 2 pizzas with room temperature toppings and... congealed cheese on over cooked dough and crust with the consistency of cold cardboard. With literally thousands of experiencesto choose from, this may very well be the WORST pizza I have ever had delivered. Ever. I ordered pizza while at work, and they never delivered it. I called and asked why she said they didn?t know who it went to,... they never came inside the place I work. They also claim they called my work. That is not true. She told me she couldn?t affordto have it redelivered. And I needed to pick it up. I explained I am working and can not do that. Horrible customer service. Nowonder everyone always uses dominoes instead. I work two jobs, with 30 minutes in between jobs, and now I?m stuck working 8 morehours, with no food. Read more
Disgusting place. Pulled up to pick up my pizza and all the employees besides a few were outside smoking cigarettes and vaping.... When I walked inside one of the girls walked in behind me and touched my food and drink without washing her hands. Highlydisappointed and won?t be ordering again. Read more
