Was extremely disappointed, waited forever just to get a soda then it was wrong, then had to wait forever again just to get the... right one. Got the ultimate feast which use to be decent and well worth the cost but the crab legs were so small that youcouldn't even crack them with the utensils, garlic shrimp tasted like regular shrimp and lobster tail overcooked. And foodwasn't even hot. Ordered frozen drinks and by the time we got them might've as well ordered slushies. If I could give zero starsI would but I'll at least give one for the biscuits that was the only thing worth eating. Should've went to matteson or orlandmaybe theirs would've been better. Read more

Great food and service. Went for lunch and had a 10 min wait for a table. The hostess was very polite and seated us as soon as... she could. Our waiter was nice and informative about the menu. Will definitely be coming back! Read more
Poor customer service!!! I have been going to Red Lobster for over 30 years. New staff is not like the other staff that was... working there for many years. I politely walked out and went to Texas Road House and really enjoyed my service and the food wasdelicious ???? Read more
I've spent thousands of dollars at this location and when I recently came for a take out order, I went to wait over by the bar... and was shocked to get a handful of grease. The bar table hadn't even been cleaned off from the night before and it was alreadyalmost noon. Lack of cleanliness!!!! I received my takeout order and when I drove back to my friend's house that was almost a40 min. drive, my Bar Harbor dish was missing a huge chunk of meat in the chell! Moved to the area and visited this location since we like going to red lobster every so often. Went Saturday afternoon for... dinner. Was not disappointed and food was good and our waitress excellent. The décor was very nice and restaurant looked likeit was modernized ..Dining area was clean and well tended. RUN DOWN & DIRTY. Upon entering I would have turned around and walked out but I did not want to disappoint my other guests. ... Such a shame this property is not kept up to standards. In entrance Lobster tank was empty and left dirty with side panelhanging off. Windows were dirty had crud on sills. Looking up, ceining tiles were corroded with dirt and not on properly. Bathrooms were not kept clean and overflowing waste. I honestly could have cooked a better meal at home. Lobster was so tiny,Jewel Food sells a better lobster. The Chef there is very below par and food quality was unacceptable. If that wasn't enough,service was horrible. I smiled myself through the meal and me or my family will never return to that property. I alwaysfrequented Red Lobster when traveling and was always so pleased. However, this location was shameful!
