The third and last time they sent me some bulls$&t! I ordered a pizza with sausage, spinach and black olives and it arrived with... no sausage and the pizza was so salty that I couldn?t bare to eat another bite. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would have, but I had to give at least one to write this review. I ordered $50 worth of... food (and tip) from Rosatis in Bourbonnais. My order took almost 2 hours to come. I ordered wings and some of the wings werejust the "tips" of the wing. not a flat or drum. I also ordered a chopped salad and the bacon was RAW. I called the store,offered to bring back the food and I asked for a refund. They declined. The person working called the owner and called me backand said that a the owner offered 10% off of my next order or they could remake my order. Umm, NO!!!! This order was placed at6pm and delivered at 8 AND DO YOU KNOW HOW SICK SOMEONE WOULD GET FROM EATING RAW PORK?? This isn't even something that I couldpick out of the salad. The entire salad was contaminated. I'll never order from Rosati's again. I should have gone with my usualSammy's pizza, but I clearly wasn't thinking. Rosati's is HORRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I ordered a 18? Hawaiian pizza with a 12? cheese and meatball. When I went to pick up the pizza, the... 12? was made as cheese and mushroom, so they corrected it and made the right 12? that I ordered. Both pizzas were not good atall. Both pizzas were over cooked and tough. I could not even taste the ham or pineapple on the Hawaiian. Just bland burntcheese and tough rock hard crust. Maybe they forgot the pizza in the oven, But surely they new it was way over cooked when theyput it in the box. So there is no standard to which pizzas should be cooked? I may as well go to Casey?s and eat gas stationpizza. Read more
Food is good, but do yourself a favor and pick it up yourself. They can?t seem to get good delivery staff. But the owner is so... genuine and sincere. He wants to do the right thing, but can?t get good help. Read more
