Open at 11am but sitting in drive thru at 11:10 with no one to take our order. Then I called and they told me that they don?t... open until 12 because they have no workers but they should?ve just told me that so I didn?t have to sit there for 10 minutes.Why leave someone sitting there? and why answer the phone with ?having a great day at steak ?n shake? if you?re not having agreat day because you?re not even open. must be a great day for them, but not customers. I enjoyed the self check in, but after that it went a bit downhill. Our burgers were burnt on the outside and raw inside. Fries... were cold. It's been a few years since I went to this place and little has changed. I told myself I wouldn't go back here because all I... ordered was a shake. That shake was given to another customer and I had to wait 30+ minutes for another one. Recently I wentback and I had to wait for the food to come out 20+ minutes and I had cold fries. Terribly slow. Two single steak burgers with cheese plain, a fry, and an order of onion rings took over 20 minutes in the... drive-through. One car ahead of us that was at the window before we ordered, waited at least 10 minutes while we were there. Notmany cars in the parking lot, so the dining room couldn't have been too busy either. . We had a party of nine. Two people ordered 7X7s which means a lot of cooking for the grill cook. All nine people enjoyed what... they ordered. The waitresses were friendly and efficient. The manager came to check on us and make sure everything was asexpected. We were very well taken care of by the entire staff! Read more
As always steak n shake is a bit slower compared to other fastfood chains. As always the wait time becomes a 2nd thought afyer... the first bite. Always amazing food and the simplest hotdog but the tastiest. Read more
