The place is never open. If you go there past 11 o?clock their screens seem to always be frozen. Hire better people Taco Bell

I ordered a 3 taco combo. The soft shell one. Git 3 hard shell. They would not correct my order. Sucks as this is one of the few... places I can get food on my way to work and McDonald's nearby is much worse. Take responsibility for your mistakes and fix it oryou will lose ciustomers. Read more
My order was in correct. The staff was only friendly to 2 kids, one of whom received 5 free tacos after he could not fill out... the survey. The 2 same young men, who seemed familiar with the staff, also had 2 giant cockroaches that they showed to thestaff. When they went to their table to eat, they took the cockroaches out of the container that they had them in and started toplay with them on the seats where they were seated. Placed an order online, picked it up, brought it home and while we had checked it before we left we did not open every burrito... or taco. We got home and so much was wrong and missing. Went back to the restaurant and OMG! I understand people are shortstaffed and over worked but they had no intention of correcting their error, the manager was totally useless and apparentlycan?t handle confrontation and slithered to the back like a snake. Then ole smart mouth starts throwing?F? bombs at my husband.Meanwhile useless manager pretends nothing is going on and the other 2 that were there just stood there and ignored us. We leftthe food on the counter and corporate was contacted. My husband and I have a lot of experience in food service and we always tryto be patient, but this was way beyond overworked employees. Spent 45 dollars. We got was some soggy fries and bean burritos. Got only 2 things we actually ordered. Making myself frozen... chicken nuggets. Only reason they got 1 star is because the drive thru girl was so sweet Read more
