My 1st visit to this place. It was ok, I went through the drive-thru, I ordered the six mixed taco combo which is 3 soft tacos... 3 hard tacos and 2 LG O'es, which is a small round potato deep fried. I ordered 4 steak tacos which I was not told that therewas a $3 up charge when I ordered. When I had placed this on the app the total came out to $22 and some cents, when I got tothe window my total was $34.57, which was quite a shock to me. The gentleman that took my order was very kind the girl thatserved my order at the drive up window was very kind. The taste of the food was okay probably would have been better if therewould have been some cilantro on there. I had to wait about 5 minutes for my order at the window which of course backed up thedrive up line. And instead of having me pull forward they serve One customer at a time which I'm okay with that. I actuallyexpected it to taste better than what it did that's why I'm giving it four stars. Most of those stars go to the employees thattook care of me. I did have to ask for hot and mild sauce it was not offered but everyone forgets something. Will I return toTaco John's?? That is very good question, I really don't think so! Read more
at 9:30 on a Sunday evening Went to get fresh potato oles and a super burrito. I get dried out old potato oles from the... drive-through. For the price of this stuff you think that these people would actually care about their job and cook fresh. I'vebeen eating at taco John since the Early eighties. The one I Kennedy drive is decent. The one in Bourbonnais I've been there 3times and have disgusting food. She asked me if I wanted a replacement I declined. I'm very disappointed in work ethics Of theiremployees Read more
Paid for extra dips for my Oles. never recieved them. Sounds simple but I never splurge for the extra dips here because of cost... and now I know why. Read more
Very clean establishment. Food was hot & prepared correctly. Had hardshell tacos and potato oles!
Good food and friendly service. Even carried everything to my table for me so I didn?t drop it trying to carry food on... crutches. Before you say everywhere does that your wrong. Just wished I lived closer. Read more

Stopped for a quick drive thru lunch. First time, and last. Food was bland, stale, and overly processed tasting. Forgot to ask... for hot sauce but wasn't even offered, and not sure it would have helped. Guacamole was clearly squeezed out of a tube. Onlygood thing is that the service was friendly.
