Management lacks professionalism. Interactions with the owners spouse have always been dismissive and rude. I tried the chicken... salad.. absolutely repulsive. I order from this location quite often as does the company I work for. Trying to get a hold of the owner to express my issue has... been impossible since he's never there and doesn't seem to have a schedule. What a way to avoid accountability. According to hisworkers there's no one in charge to speak to. I'm left to do this instead which is complain about an order placed that wascompletely wrong. I was even given a sandwich made with two end pieces of bread, that felt like an insult. I planned onpurchasing a ham and sides for thanksgiving but can't see doing so without my concerns being addressed. Can't say I expect anyaction from this since it seems purposeful to not have anyone available to receive complaints. Read more
