Management lacks professionalism. Interactions with the owners spouse have always been dismissive and rude. I tried the chicken... salad.. absolutely repulsive. Zero flavor and the texture was just off. Their Diet Pepsi was flat and there?s mold growing ontheir soda fountain. Please don?t bring your family here. Thanks. Read more
I order from this location quite often as does the company I work for. Trying to get a hold of the owner to express my issue has... been impossible since he's never there and doesn't seem to have a schedule. What a way to avoid accountability. According to hisworkers there's no one in charge to speak to. I'm left to do this instead which is complain about an order placed that wascompletely wrong. I was even given a sandwich made with two end pieces of bread, that felt like an insult. I planned onpurchasing a ham and sides for thanksgiving but can't see doing so without my concerns being addressed. Can't say I expect anyaction from this since it seems purposeful to not have anyone available to receive complaints. Read more
Purchased a 4.6lb boneless ham for Easter. The ham was good but usually it is excellent. It seemed to be lacking taste this... year. Maybe I just bought a so so one but will try them again. Read more
Well let me start by saying the employees were kind, courteous and professional, This was the first visit that my wife and I... have made to this shop, We went to check about a ham, A 4lb ham came in at over $55 We also ordered a couple sandwiches "TheTavern club" which was a very good tasting sandwich. However..... I had a different idea to what the bread might be & if youwere able to choose a bread they didnt tell me, so we got our sandwiches and went home, once home i opened the wrapper to findwhat appeared to be regular square loaf style wheat bread, like from a bag. Im sorry, but if im gonna pay $9.00 for a sandwichi would prefer more bread options or bread that didnt appear so generic. YES IT HAD A TERRIFIC FLAVOR!, THE STORE WASCLEAN, AND WE WILL GET SANDWICHES AGAIN IN THE FUTURE, BUT THE HAMS ARE JUST WAY WAY TO EXPENSIVE.... EDIT... we returned asecond time and they do have a list of breads available on the counter & I just didnt see it. Sry Read more
The food is good, but they messed up our PREORDERED & PREPAID Thanksgiving dinner. When we went to pick up our dinner, only 2 of... the 4 sides we had paid for were available. We didn't get the candied apples, but even worse, no sweet potato souffle onThanksgiving. They replaced our with a cake and a "side" of gravy. (We didn't order any potatoes. ) Even though I was verydisappointed, I tried to give them grace, because anyone can make a mistake. Everyone in the long line was upset, and some wereyelling, and I didn't want to add to their misery. Later, when recounting the experience to friends, several different peopleshared that they had the same experience... Last year!! So Honeybaked Ham didn't learn from their mistakes last year.
