We love supporting local businesses and have enjoyed Mahoney's before but this last visit was really bad. We had to wait a long... time for any service at all which is completely understandable and we don't mind waiting. But the food was incrediblydisappointing. Ordered the "steak and cheese pizza" ... it was a small flatbread that was grilled to a char. Tiny pieces ofhamburger on top and so chewy it was almost inedible. We would have loved to send it back and order something different but ourwaiter was so overwhelmed he never came back. The other meal (turkey club) wasnt much better. Had the fish and chips, wow, it was so very good. Wonderful wait staff. Very noisy.but fun as well.
Finally got to eat here and it didn?t disappoint. Our server, Ryan, was great. Knew the menu items well, was very nice and... attentive. We ordered the mussels and they were delicious. So good that we ordered another round and some truffle fries. Thechef brought out our second round of mussels and we got a chance to thank him for the great food. The atmosphere is nice andrelaxing but you?re still in a bar which is what we were looking for. Will definitely be back and recommend it! Read more

We had a great time. Our server was excellent she gets a 5 star for kindness and professionalism. The food was very good, the... only thing that was not done well was the mashed potatoes had no flavor and the fries were burnt. Desert was delicious. Read more
