Awful customer service. Rude and nasty. Purposely ruined our food with emptying Ketchup and mayonnaise on the burgers and... putting 10 Pickles on them when asked for none. I pull in to get some breakfast lobby?s locked I tried calling the store no answer my truck is 12 feet tall so I can?t go in the... drive thru. I walk up to the window to try ordering the lady inside ignored me I knock on the window she looked at me and walkedaway comes beck and screams ar me that I can?t be served like this that I have to be in a vehicle. If you like getting the breakfast and have to skip the red meats, read this. Just order the sandwich as advertised and subtract... what you don't want because if you try to order for example, an egg and cheese biscuit they'll charge you two dollars to addcheese so you'll pay 6 and a half bucks for a sandwich that has less ingredients and is normally cheaper to make than others.Also, if they charge you extra for your lighter sandwich don't take off immediately because there is a good chance they justslapped in something they already made and left bacon on or sausage so be mindful of that. They'll take your money and not blinkan eye. I understand tourists aren't anyone's favorite but we aren't all tourists and it's still wrong to do. Read more

I live locally and have been here enough times to know they serve consistently cold food. Today I tasted the fries before... leaving the window and they were cold again. I handed them back through the window and asked for hot french fries. I was askedto pull ahead to another parking space to wait. Three people waiting in spaces behind me were served and left. I asked the guywho delivered to the car behind me why the long wait (over 10 minutes) and he replied" we have to make them special for you". So I waited over 10 minutes and the fries that came out were only slightly warm. And a medium frie, with tax is now more than$4.00. I not a complainer, but the consistently cold food and making a big deal about serving me hot food means I won't begoing back. Read more
We went to Mc Donalds for a family meal and ordered food to eat indoor. Our food was handed to us inside bags and While going... to seat we noticed the tables were dirty with food left overs, spilled drinks, dust, hair? so We turned to the counter andkindly asked for a ?tray to eat our meal?. Fernanda, the manager was at the counter and gave us a ?cup carrier?, when Iexplained we needed a tray to put our food, she kept pointing ironically and repeating ?this is a tray, didn't you ask for atray?!? Very obnoxious. We had no other options but eat straight on the table that I wiped myself with napkins. I don?t mindcleaning the table but it really bothers me landing my family meal on a high traffic table without proper cleaning. If you arelooking for good food, cleaner place and friendlier staff, go to the Mc Donalds at Teaticket because this one is unpleasant anddisgusting. Read more
