We have good service when we actually get service. We are leaving right now because we sat for thirty minutes and the short lady... hadn't even asked us what we want to drink. It's just two of us so I don't see why she can't get a coffee. She's grabbingwaffles off the waffle maker with her bare hands. It's disgusting. Why don't they EVER answer the phone? I understand during the times they are extremely busy or short staffed, but you can call... 23hrs a day everyday of the week and the phone just rings!! Read more
The waitress was very rude & slacked on the service!! She got the order wrong & & didn?t want to be bothered with us afterwards.... It took forever for us to get our ticket & when we asked for them she rolled her eyes & told another employee to take our table& walked away while talking sh? !! Cleaner than some. But menu at bar top was covered in sticky stuff. Plenty of people on floor, but not tons of customers. yet... we were given check without asking if we needed anything else. They never looked at coffee to see if needed filling. Spoiler!They did. Lol. She didn't even provide creamer till i asked. They cooked steak to perfection but my hasbrowns were soggy. Fantastic food when requested. Came during down time, 4-5pm. Having some trouble with customer service (is fine with fixing your... problem, but offers limits on work around when trying to prevent problem again). Will update review when time management andquality management is equalized. I would suggest talking to Waffle House management if this review deserves anything below a 4star rating like I will. These reviews deserve 4 stars or better so long as the Waffle machines are cooking toperfection....which should be ALL THE TIME.
