Umela was very rude. Sounded like she didn't want to make any ice cream. I ordered a premium oreo Sunday with sprinkles and a... cherry on top. She said she cannot make it this way, because the sprinkles and cherry will be too much for the lid to close.Sprinkles and a cherry aren't much added volume to prevent a lid from closing. Anyways, we got a two scoop Sunday because shewas to incompetent to understand that. She also doesn't speak very good English, but insisted on not letting us speak to the kidbehind her who speaks perfect English. Once she handed us our order she had the audacity to tell us how we should order nexttime. Excuse me, but I'm the customer and your job is to listen to what I want and make it.
