Umela was very rude. Sounded like she didn't want to make any ice cream. I ordered a premium oreo Sunday with sprinkles and a... cherry on top. She said she cannot make it this way, because the sprinkles and cherry will be too much for the lid to close.Sprinkles and a cherry aren't much added volume to prevent a lid from closing. Anyways, we got a two scoop Sunday because shewas to incompetent to understand that. She also doesn't speak very good English, but insisted on not letting us speak to the kidbehind her who speaks perfect English. Once she handed us our order she had the audacity to tell us how we should order nexttime. Excuse me, but I'm the customer and your job is to listen to what I want and make it. My daughter loves the donuts, but they aren't fresh. I prefer Krispy Kreme. The DD coffee is good, though I like PJs better. ... Service at this location is fine. Its good they have ice cream also which is great for warmer spring and summer months. Read more

I bought the special where you bought a sundae and you received another for $.99. You had a choice of flavors on two scoops... over top of a brownie. It was great. I put one in the freezer for later. Chocolate Jamoca Almond and vanilla ice cream on theone I ate today. Yummy Read more

This has been my go to Baskin Robbins all summer. The evening staff, a female and male, have always been friendly and courteous.... I was serviced by a new female server last night that I'd not seen before. I had to explain what I wanted 3 times- 2 orders of 2double scoops. Simple! She made the second order wrong. The male server who was helping another customer overheard and triedto explain to her what I wanted. She was the most ghetto, unprofessional. Tried to buy soft serve ice cream three different times in the past two weeks. All three times the staff informed me the machine... was broken. No apologies, just stated it wasn't working with a blank look. It's an ice cream place that advertises a lot ofproducts that need the soft serve machine to be able to make.
