We had supper here at about 6:30pm and had a wonderful waiter. He was nice, kept our drinks filled, and our food got to the... table fast and was excellent. Not one complaint. Resturant was clean and staff was great. Only incide t was one worker in theback talking a little loud using some really foul language for no reason. Other then that was a very pleasant experience. Went for breakfast with hubby and had a wonderful time. I forgot to take pics of our food. However, everything was delicious.... Hubby ordered pancakes and I ordered pancakes as well. Excellent customer service and our waitress Sandra was warm and welcomed. Cleanliness of bathroom and cleaning tables and dirty... dishes afterwards not sanitary. Wouldn't return for this reason. Also saw a waitress eating fries in front area and notappropriate. Read more
So, I wanted to eat in at Bob Evans. I will say it was pretty packed when we got there. The service was a bit slow. I have a... three song rule when eating at establishments. If you don't acknowledge me or at least bring water I leave and pick a differentspot. She was really cutting it close. The wait for the food was bordering my threshold as well. I'll admit thinking to myselfa few times " Wow I got the wrong waitress." Because the one on the opposite side of the eye was working it. Not to mention myson spilt his drink. It took a while for the waitress to come back. But then she said "We can clean it up when you leave"????????. So I politely told her no we would like this cleaned up now. We had a very nice busboy who brought us what we neededand assisted. So as you can guess the four stars is not for her service but for actually the food. It was delicious and hot.Pancakes, eggs, and sausage for me. Am I adventurous son got the breakfast Burger. I can't remember the name of it. I'm notsure of what is going on with customer service these days but it really has to improve. Read more
We were seated at a table with menu. It was about 10 minutes before are server came to take are order we placed are drink first... then are food. Then we sat another 10 minutes then are food came out first and had to ask about are drinks. Are waitress goes ohsorry I forgot. Said she would get them right away. We waited about another 10 to 15 minutes for them a simple cup of coffee andsweet tea. My wife's food was fine but small serving as mine. My steak was over cooked I asked for med rare and I was given medwell. My wife and I were already have way done eating are meal by the time we got are drinks. This is the worst out I have everhad here. And I have been comeing here for years. I hope it will be better my next visit but it will be some time till then. Read more

First time going to a Bob Evans. Food was good, served hot and fresh, location was close to our hotel. My only complaint was... the lack of masks on for people not eating. It was astonishing. Literally ordered all the food and it was really good! Read more
