One star, because I can't give zero. Terrible wait, terrible service, food served cold, restaurant is filthy, is the short... story. We were hungry and had previously had good experiences at Carrabba's. Besides the wait, after making call aheadarrangements, we had a 35 minute wait for our table. While waiting, my fiancee and I noticed that the tables weren't bussed.Stuff was just put on tables that weren't being used. The bartender had me waiting and watching her joke and talk with 3 peopleand made eye contact twice. My fiancee went to the bathroom and came back and I continued to wait for a drink. Finally I got mydrink, I finished it and we were still waiting to be seated. We were finally taken to be seated but the table wasn't clean. Thatwas cleaned as we stood there. It took 20 minutes to get our water and bread. The dipping herbs for our bread was extremelysalty and garlicky, I didn't taste any herbs. The bread was lovely, it was the only good part of the dinner. We immediatelyordered dinner when the waiter approached the first time. It took 40 minutes to get our food and when it arrived it was cold. Igot a salad with my dinner. The lettuce was hardly cut, there was a bunch of purple cabbage, it was drowning in dressing andthere were 2 odd tasting olives - like maybe they were old? Our server was nice but never seemed to care that he gave us dirtysilverware twice, our food was cold and there was no offer to speak to a manager. Read more
My fiancee goes online at 7:30p to arrange call ahead seating for 8:15p. Arrived at 8:10p and was told it would be about a 20min... wait. So about 30mins later we're finally taken to our table to be seated but, we can't actually sit down because the tablestill needs to be wiped down. So we wait a moment and she returns to wipe it and then leaves but, we still can't sit becausethere's a noodle in one of the seats that we have to remove before we sit. About 10 or 12mins later we finally get to meet ourwaiter and place our order. So about 15-ish minutes later a table of 6 is seated near us. This is important because even thoughthey were at least 15mins behind us and we were a party of two and they are a party of 6, our food came out at the same time. Sothey had a shorter wait for a larger order and their food was so hot that, while ours was barely warm. As if it had been sittingfor some time before it arrived at our table. I also forgot to mention that one set of our silverware was dirty and so theybrought us a new set and it was also dirty. The atmosphere was that of a staff that doesn't care. Rows of dirty, used dishesacross multiple tables. Lastly, they literally cooked a whole piece of chicken and cut it in 1/2 and only put the one 1/2 on myplate. You'll see the picture of what I'm describing. I wish I was making this up but, I'm not, this all actually happened. It'sa wonder we went through with eating a meal there but, for what this place used to be, we were compelled to believe things wouldsignificantly improve at some point before we left and it just NEVER happened and so, I can say I'll never make that mistakeagain. The service was top-notch, and our waitresses were patient and very friendly. Victoria served us, and she was phenomenal. I... think both of their names were Victoria. We were celebrating two birthdays. The food was okay and not hot, but Victoria wasaimed to please and microwaved them a bit. Our overall experience was really great. Read more
Good location, easy parking, very clean and friendly staff, quiet but not an awkward atmosphere, and the food was... tremendous. Blows Olive Garden out of the water for people who care about Italian FOOD over just salad and breadsticks. I wasvery happy with my experience. Read more
The food is delicious and the drinks are good. Nice hilltop restaurant that makes you feel like your in a cove of sone sort. The... roadway below makes it feel like the water is nearby. Great gem! Read more
The service, food, restaurants cleanliness, and above all their music choice (jazz) was exceptional. This is a hidden gem tucked... away that I wouldn’t mind visiting often. The prices compared to the portions served are reasonable. Read more
We love Carrabba's. But the chicken Brien was tiny, they charged extra for fettuccine Alfredo( none of the other Carrabba's I've... been to ever have), and I had to ask twice to get drinks and refills obviously never happened. All the food came out at onetime( bread, app, salads and entrees, but not the drinks???????????) so that was a little flustering. Food was good, waitresswas polite but maybe overwhelmed/ as she gave us a $16 dollar bill and ours was ( with 3 of us) considerably more. We're justgoing to stick to the one down the street from us.
