Had a horrible customer experience at this restaurant ????. This restaurant has a NEW mobile app line. It's 9:40 pm, so you... can't see the small signs relaying that information until you get under the tent that is lighted. The staff would NOT take myorder and actually said that I had to wait behind the 5+ cars in front of me, drive back around and get behind 10+ cars in theregular line to place an order. That's NOT going to happen ???? because their food is not that good to wait in their slow linestwice. The Manager Mark did NOTHING to assist but make excuses why they couldn't take my order but let me know they are orderinglarger signs. You may not need those signs because I waited 15 minutes in the mobile app line, so how is that helping theslowest drive thru on Crain Highway. Just poor customer service! Read more

Who doesn?t like Chick-fil-A!?! You have some serious issues if you can find any fault with their food. Sure, it?s fast food.... Sure, it?s not the healthiest. But don?t eat it every day! The staff are always polite and sweet! And I would pick them over anyof the other fast food places in a heartbeat! I wish I lived near one! By far the Bowie Ballpark location and service I receive outshines many others. I have been going to this location for many... years and today the service was even more exceptional than usual. The drive thru had about 20 cars in and was concerned that Imay be late to an appointment but I proceed anyway. I was in and out in about 8 minutes and my my order was correct and pipinghot; crispy fries and golden crispy chicken sandwich and the soda wasn't watered down either. My location closest to me couldcertainly benefit from some of your training and efficiency and I rarely eat there and wait until I can visit the Bowie BallparkChickfila because of your service. Finally did the drive thru experience. It was super fast and our chicken strips were still warm by the time we got back to our... hotel. I enjoyed their subtle house sauce but prefer the spicy buffalo. I'm wondering what I have to do to get the chain tobuild in NY??? The closest one to me is two hours away!!! Why????? Read more
No Fast Food place is perfect but this Chick-fil-A tries its hardest to be. There is hardly ever a mistake and anyone who has... been there knows how efficient their line system is. While occasionally there are mistakes, of which I would say are more likelyin the later hours of the evening, 9 times out of 10 the order is correct and the food is prepared really well. It also helpsthat it had been remodeled and is really nice inside and out. I do miss the fountain though. There is a reason this Chick-fil-Awas/is one of the highest grossing locations in the country. Read more
Man has this chickfila gone downhill. I frequent this location VERY often and the quality control just keeps letting me down... time and time again now. I don?t know what?s happening or why. Almost every time I go or order for delivery, there?s somethingwrong or missing from my order, I don?t even want to complain anymore. This time, I ordered the new bbq sandwich, it comes withcheese? yet it was not included. How? Thank goodness we checked the bag before pulling off. I asked someone for help as I was incurbside and they bought me out a slice of cheese lol. I guess I?m supposed to warm the sandwich up myself so the cheese willmelt, wilting the lettuce with my one piece of bacon and one squirt of sauce.
