Food is good and prices are on par. Staff is what I feel make this particular location subpar. There are some staff reps that... just show they don?t want to be there and it?s sad to see. Perhaps lack of management presence or just unhappy employees, butwhatever the case is, it obviously shows. This is one of the locations I frequent and hope for one day for the vibe will changefor the better. Read more

By far the worst most laziest chipotle ever please just shut the whole establishment down or hire new staff ordered online and... they stated they did not have my order so I then had to wait an additional 45 minuets for them to prepare my order i then gethome to see that I honey received 2 tacos and my food was just slapped together it looked a total mess could not even hold ittogether to eat it had to throw it away my chips where old and stale they are the worst chipotle in the whole dmv area Read more

I'm was very disappointed today with service the first young lady on the chain seemed to be tired/upset/ whatever it was it was... reflected in the simplest part of my meal...heating the warp (which was overdoing and got crispy). Then as I was going to letit go she changed the foil wrap and proceeded to lay my tortilla on a plastic bag that was on the counter. When I asked her foea NEW wrap.. she gave me more attitide,, then tired to the second on the line, who, then told her to do a new one. I waswaiting on more rice bc she was actually filing my bowl from the scraping (literally) of the rice pan in use. Again, moreattitude to get the rice. As the rest of my meal was put together there was no issue. Just disappointed. I actually changedfrom going to Penaera (which is next door) to come in here for this service. Read more

Please do not visit or order from this location. It happened twice that I ordered online and they ?didn?t get? my order so I had... to wait for them to make it even though I ordered well in advance. The last straw was that one of the chicken bowls I orderedhad no chicken. I had to drive back to them and they made me show them the bowl before giving me a very small side of chicken.They offered no apology, they actually seemed incredibly annoyed I was complaining. DO NOT ORDER HERE for delivery! GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION! I've ordered from this location multiple times, trying to give them... chance after chance, each time my order was wrong, had missing items. If there is a lack of resources and/or supplies then thislocation need to alter their menu on delivery service apps. It almost feels like false advertisement and I will not support abusiness that does not hold itself to a high level of accountability when it comes to integrity and customer excellence. Theonly time their orders are correct is when I go into the establishment which defeats the purpose of delivery and isdisappointing! Customers should receive the same quality and attention to detail for delivery as they receive for in-personorders. Read more

My son and I went in at 11:28am to beat lunch rush. There were 6 people ahead of us. While waiting I noticed the man making the... food was 100% inexperienced. The person two in front off us was telling him what they wanted and he just seemed lost, and wasincredibly sloppy when making the food. The woman at the register took the person right in front of us. We ended up stuck withhim, and I didn?t want to be rude and request someone else. Then when he started to make the tacos he was just slopping thingsin them. When it came back to him finishing my bowl he was only filling up the top of the spoon. I had to keep asking for moreof everything. He seemed so annoyed that I was asking. If I?m paying $2.50 for guac give me guac! Then after he finished closingthe sloppy food, I had to wait for the woman for the register to finish the food for other people in line before I could pay. Iunderstand a wait but there was no apology and the fact I spent $20 on food that wasn?t prepared with care or even neatly so itcould be eaten as intended is irritating. Read more

Came to Chipotle, Bowie Town center. They open at 10:45am. The doors were locked so I looked in to see the workers sitting at... the table eating, while one was in the kitchen. They all looked at me and continued on. 10:50am I was let in but they neverunlocked the doors for anyone else. When I got in, I asked why the doors were locked. I was told because they go on breakbefore opening. Then food was still not prepared and I had to wait until it was cooked. After I got my food, people were walkingup to the door but it was still locked. So some customers left and others started to call. Eventually they unlocked the doorsat 11:01am. Read more

I got to this chipotle restaurant and both doors were locked. Other customers outside of the restaurant were letting me know... that it was online orders only (no staff bothered to inform me of this) I went back to my car, placed an online order for pickup at 6:20(i placed my order around 6pm, there was no posting on the door that the restaurant was closed at this time) I waiteduntil 6:30, when an employee then posts this sign on the door over 30 minutes after the supposed close time. The storeassociates were all rude. We had to argue to even get some kind of meal- which we did end up getting a half made meal that wascompletely incorrect, gross and in my opinion not even edible. Every employee I had the pleasure of speaking with through a doorwas Condescending and had no interest in helping me or any of the other customers receive a refund or the correct order. Oneemployee has the audacity to yell at a customer who had their mask pulled down ?COVID? while the same employee had their maskdown under their nose- double standard much? While i do agree that mask laws are in place and regardless of how we personallyfeel we do need to follow guidelines, but this is no excuse for a store associate to scream at anyone. The manager refused tocome out and speak with us. The store associates slammed the door in our faces multiple times. One store associate actuallyphysically hurt my foot attempting to shut the door ( I was not using my foot to hold the door open, I was unfortunately at thewrong place at the wrong time). Not one time did i get any apology. I will not be back. I will give the employees what littlecredit I can in saying they did try and make it right for me (possibly because unlike all of their other guests I tried to stayas calm as possible).
