The food wasn't all the way cook including the rice and the employees that prepare the food on the front line need to learn food... handling techniques. Also, the customer service need work. I a free chips and the Hispanic cashier didn't know how to ring it upafter I scanned my phone. I road her don't worry about it. I will use it next time. Front doors locked 90 minutes before close time; hair in food; 1 person working the line, 1 standing around, and one cleaning... while the single worker tried to make food. Worst location I?ve ever seen. Everyone working on the evening of 9/30/22 shouldbe fired except for the youngest gentleman working the line and the two men cleaning the grill. This location closes frequently at times earlier then posted. This location also regularly runs out of items such as cheese,... sour cream, and hard shells for tacos. The most recent issue i have with this Chipotle location is that yesterday 8/24 therestaurant allowed for you to order online, but when you arrive at the store at a little after 6pm, the doors are locked and theemployee says oh well we are closed get a refund through the app. Management needs to step up here. Avoid this chipotle. Always missing an item from the orders you place online, last time they forgot the chicken on my bowl, this... time chips and requested salsas were missing. Hire people who can read orders properly or buy a better printer. Read more
Update as 06/01/2022: still solid good. Updated Review: as of Fri, Feb 11, 2022; The experience was amazing. All cons are not... present anymore. 10 out of 10 customer service, 10 out of 10, servings 10 out of 10. Food overall 5 stars our of 5. One of thebest flavored burritos I had ever eaten. OLD REVIEWexperience from July- September 2021: Rice uncooked (hard), barely any chicken on my bowl, chicken few times was kinda uncook aswell. This has happened to me more than once while I ordered here. Please management, make sure your staff cooks properly. Chipotle is popular with google. I've never eaten at this location. Pictures is a bowl with double meat steak and barbacoa... with extra cilantro. Yes you can get cilantro if you request it. I don't think its on the menu. Chipotle is generally goodfor quick bites to eat, but one can sit down. The tea is unsweet. Food without artificial sweeteners or colorings is a goodthing. I like the guac as well on the bowl. Pictures is extra queso with chips. Generally chipotle is cheaper then most spotsand the serving sizes are decent. This is the second time now that we?ve ordered online and for some reason one of the meals is completely missing the protein.... And each time we paid for double. I?m not sure at all what the heck?s going on but it?s getting extremely annoying driving thereto pick it up to get home and then find out that the order is completely missing the protein.
